He was super responsive and his quote was inexpensive. He had several options in his schedule for that evening or the next morning. We made the appointment, he maintained communication when he was on his way and throughout the process, and he showed up when he said he would. When Cory got to my mom's house, he was very friendly and put her at ease; I was just down the street at the time, but it was nice to know he didn't set off her "creeper" alert. And she told me she liked his London accent and tattoos (a surprise since she hates my little tat). Cory told her about his own mom, and she felt like she could trust him, which doesn't always happen because my mom's from Brooklyn and that New Yorker cynicism is hard-wired. Anyhow, while he was working on one of the locks, it sounds like it basically fell apart. Cory went to Home Depot and got a new one and didn't charge us for it.
