I reached the technician on my first call and he was able to accommodate my schedule although I didn't have a time restraint. He gave me a price over the phone with no hassles. Rob was professional and worked quickly and efficiently. He had excellent communication skills and he was easy to understand. He also had a very pleasant attitude. I needed my front door re-keyed. read more

Rob from Abba came out the day I called at the time I said I would be home and did an excellent job replacing my broken front door handle. He also re-keyed my other doors to match the front door. He was quick and polite. I would recommend Abba to all of my friends! read more

Same day service! Just closed on our first home and we were anxious to get the locks re-keyed. Called and was able to have Rob come out within the hour. Rob was super friendly, personable and quick! He was able to re-key about 4 locks in about a half hour turn-around time. Pricing was great as well. Called Monday before Thanksgiving, and they were able to schedule me the Friday after Thanksgiving for 12:00-2:00. About 12:00 on Friday, I received a call that they would not be able to make it, and asked if I could re-schedule for the next day. I was initially frustrated as I had planned my Friday around them coming and had plans for Saturday, but I was able to make my schedule work. They arrived just before 12:00. I had hoped they could repair the one bad lock, but no such luck and it needed to be replaced. Luckily, not all doors needed to be re-keyed. Overall 20-minute job and cheaper than highest price originally quoted. read more

Great guys came out and changed out my mailbox lock and spent a lot of extra time to make it perfect. I highly recommend them.

A couple of weeks ago I unfortunately lost my purse which contained my house keys. I contacted Abba locksmith requesting to get a few locks changed and they quickly responded within minutes with a quote. They even came out and changed the locks for me that same day! They were quick and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them. read more

Pete came out to rekey and replace a few of our locks. He was excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I was able to make an appointment the same day I called and the quote was less than I received from other places. I highly recommend Abba and I'd call them again without hesitation. Thanks, Pete! read more

Rob did a great job with my house rekey. He is on time and got the job done quickly! Great job!

After we realized there were too many copies of our house keys floating around out there, we decided to get the locks changed. I called Robert in the morning and he was able to come change the locks the same day. He was as professional and courteous as they come! Great local business, and we'll certainly call Robert again for any locksmith needs. read more

What excellent service. Rob called ahead confirming his arrival time, and then arrived as promised. He was fast, thorough and incredibly personable. He spotted an issue with one of our doors and rather than upsell simply informed us we might want to eventually attend to it. We had him repair it at once. Will always be our first call. Highly recommend them. read more

Rob and his brother helped me a lot in the past two weeks, coming over to change all the locks in the business I work for, made spare keys, and helped with a storage shed in the back. All from his mobile work truck. The next week I thought I needed him again because another door wasn't opening, but ended up being that the wood swelled and it wasn't the lock at all! Rob still had the skills to remedy the problem by shaving the sides of the doors so everything was back working again =) He was very quick and respectful. Thanks guys =) read more

Rob showed up within 30 of my call and it wasn't an emergency call. He was familiar with the old school lock on my door and done in less than 10 minutes. Nice guy, great service and reasonable price. read more

Rob provided a great and efficient service re-keying doors for our new home. I highly recommend Abba Locksmith to everyone!

Abba Locksmiths... Well, like a dummy, I was locked out of my house. The key way safely INSIDE the house. So, I went on Yelp to look for a Locksmith nearby. Abba was the first one with a Carlsbad address, so I gave them a call. I immediately got a human on the phone and she sent a car (in the area) and said it was about 15 minutes away. They were prompt, and very friendly. I was inside my house before I knew it; it really could not have been easier! I would definitely recommend Abba Locksmith's services. read more

Rob is the man! My door wasn't able to be picked but had the perfect match to the hardware that was on my bedroom door. Thanks for a job well done! read more

Rob was great! Arrived on time and rekeyed our house quickly. Would definitely use again. Thanks Rob!

We got a real good deal from Rob and he was prompt, gave us extra keys and was also very friendly. Definitely would recommend to friends!

Called on a Saturday to get three locks replaced since we just purchased a home. Rob offered to call if he could squeeze us in on Saturday - he couldn't make it but it was fine. So, as promised, he shows up on Sunday with a colleague. This is ENTIRELY above the call of locksmith duty since we are now a quarter of the way through the football season and he showed up while his team was playing. (I would give 10 stars for that alone if it were possible.) They replaced keys for 3 doors and were in and out in less than an hour and no one was hurt - bad ass. I felt the cost was very reasonable considering how fast, efficient and personable they both were. I did read the 1 star reviews and must say my experience was entirely different from those. read more

5+ stars! I contacted Robert to repair my sliding door lock and he was able to make it the very next morning! He gave me a window of time and arrived on time! True professional! HIGHLY recommend! :) read more

Abba Locksmith service is great! I called on Sunday morning because our door knob was stuck. I called in for the a locksmith to help. In a timely manner, Rob the owner was quick to get the door knob fixed. We got to keep the same hardware including the same key. The overall experience from Abba Locksmith was a positive one! I will definitely use the service again, and recommend it to anyone who needs a locksmith! Thank you! read more

Super happy with my service from Robert. Showed up same day, and had my lock repaired quickly. Yay!!! Would definitely recommend Abba Locksmith!!! read more

This is the second time I've used Abba. Rob did a fantastic job rekeying 3 locks. He was right on time for my appointment, calling me 15 minutes before arriving. Originally I asked him to rekey one door, but then thought about problems with 2 other doors which he also made time to do. Some of my doors have never worked right, but they do now after Rob fixed them. The job included more than rekeying - fixing deadbolts, etc. I'm very happy with the results! read more

I called Abba Locksmith after reading all of the great reviews on Yelp, and I couldn't be happier with his work. I was doing laundry at my apartment complex and locked myself out!!!! Called several local locksmiths but Abba was the most affordable on such short notice. The locksmith was sooo friendly, kept calling to keep me updated on his location and was here within 30 mins AND it only took about 3 mins to get my door open!!! So thankful he was available on this Labor Day holiday weekend!!! I hope I never need their services again but if I do, I know who to call!! read more
