I live in Peoria, specifically in Trilogy, which is about 2 miles west of the 303 freeway. When I called to request installation of a smart lock I was informed that their service area is only east of the 303, and therefore they could not provide service for me. When I asked if they could make an exception they told me that the owner would only do so if I payed an additional $125.00 for the job. This is false and misleading advertising, with no attempt at an equitable solution. I would not recommend using this company.
