The men were moving things in and out of their truck but I told them to close their doors so their belongings wouldn't be stolen. Mr Elias told me he was going to cite them because they were parked, but not unloading. When I tried to explain I was an officer of the law and told them to close their doors, he didn't even let me explain. Instead, he mocked me asking me if I could read. I asked for his supervisor's name and he handed me a business card and told me he was the owner. I had the men move their truck and instead of leaving, Mr Elias stayed, yelling things out the window.
