I had the proof of service in hand a couple of days later, before any of the other process servers I hired in other locations had even made a first attempt. She was highly responsive and did exactly what she said she would do. Hopefully this isn't a service I'll need regularly, but I would 100% call Tanya again if I do. Uploading the docs and such was also very easy (I called mostly to see if they had bandwidth but did everything on the website). Highly recommended!

However, I was disappointed with the customer service. After I sent over my paperwork, I was told that I "didn't really have it together." I explained that this was my first time dealing with this process and I had never done it before, so I found that comment unnecessary and a bit rude. After service was completed, I simply asked whether I needed to file the paperwork with the court in person or if I could mail it. I was basically told, "I don't know," and felt brushed off. I understand if that's outside the scope of what they handle, but a more professional response would have been appreciated. Overall, I'm very happy they successfully served him on the first attempt, but the customer service could definitely be more courteous and helpful.
