I've said it before and I'll say it again, hiring a capable Process Server should not be taken lightly. You need someone who recognizes the importance of Court deadlines and is capable of thinking out of the box. As a Paralegal for an Orange County Family Law Attorney, I occasionally find myself needing to locate a Process Server to perform an out-of-county serve. It's always a gamble using someone new because...you just never know who you're gonna get. I contacted Speedy Process Service and spoke to Paul. Paul was pleasant, courteous and obviously very experienced. After our initial consultation, where we discussed the scope of work to be performed as well as his fees, I hired him. Paul's communication skills were top notch. I emailed him the documents (on Friday 3/15) and he sent an immediate confirmation that he had received them. He also informed me when he would be making his first attempt at service. When I got into the office this morning, I had an email stating that service had been executed over the weekend. Paul's fees are more than fair, not only that, because he had a trip planned to the Courthouse anyway, he offered to file the Proofs of Service with the Court FREE OF CHARGE! If I ever find myself needing assistance in his area (Saugus/Santa Clarita/Los Angeles), I will MOST DEFINITELY use Paul again. As Process Servers go, Speedy Process really is as good as it gets! read more

HIghly recommend this service!!! They were amazing, effective, and their costs were incredibly reasonable. The server's persistence resulted in the process of personal service of an extremely difficult person. Can't thank them enough.... read more

Service just like it's name! Process servers are hit or miss in LA. I needed to serve a corp in Santa Clarita. My regular LA-proper servers quoted me a high price, so I looked online for a service provider in Santa Clarita. Paul was quick to respond to my calls and emails. I had two days to personally serve a defendant. He was able to serve the defendant the next day! Will use again! read more

Paul is such an amazing person he will go out of his way to get the job done. At first I was a little weird Because he does his jobs at home but don't let that fool you!! He gets the job done and he is knowledgeable! Thank you Paul for helping me through this difficult time!! read more

I had a few questions about process serving and Paul was happy to answer for me (even though I was not paying for his services). He was very friendly and professional and has been doing this for over 40 years. From our conversation I could tell he is very good at his job, so when I do need a process server I will definitely hire him! Very cool guy. read more

This company is amazing! I worked with Paul the entire time, and he has gone above and beyond to track down the "gentleman" I was trying to serve. Paul later found out that I needed to change the name to his corporation name, and as soon as I made his recommended changes, we got the service accomplished. His prices are more than fair and I would definitely use his company again. read more

Worked with Paul. Fast, easy & affordable! Great experience! I'm hours away from where I needed to serve papers and he took care of everything. read more

Two days after i post my Yelp review i suddenly get an email from Paul Miller saying he was sorry for not getting back to me all that time and that he was in the hospital for the last week or so, and that they would serve my documents soon. Really?? So that means absolutely nothing was done for the 9 or 10 days he's had them?? It just seems so convenient that he mustered up the energy to contact me AFTER my Yelp review was posted. But nobody was returning my calls, messages, and emails before this. I simply told him to refer to my previous email that if i did not get any feedback from anyone in the company by 4/9/14 i would get another process server to do it. Someone with a lot more professionalism and sense of urgency. And i did. Credibility is a big deal especially in the legal business!! read more

I spoke to Paul about my situation and frustration with another Process Server company that had been hired by my law firm. Even though I had a current processor server and I let him know that I would hire him if things continued, he still still spent time on his Sunday to walk me through the process, ideas, etc. I left our phone call feeling that Paul was the right person for the job. As luck would have it, I didn't need him but I did learn something: hire locally, and if you are in SCV, hire Paul. He knows what he is talking about. read more

I'm not sure I can top Alex's review below, but I will try. From the moment I had my initial contact with Paul he was nothing but exceptionally professional and knowledgeable on the subject matter; he answered every question I had about the service of process procedure with patience and passion. I say this because before coming in contact with Paul, I had called a handful of other process servers who were very unprofessional on the phone, not to mention ridiculously more expensive. I emailed Paul a copy of my complaint, and by the next morning he served my D and filed his proof of service with the court a few days later. If I could give him 10 stars I would. read more

I'm not terribly familiar with the legal system but over the last few weeks have been forced to learn. I needed a Restraining Order After Hearing (DV-130) to be served on someone that I was sure would try to evade service. I called Paul, he met with me and had the service completed within 2 hours! Not going to lie that I was leery about handing over this responsibility to a total stranger but I relied on Yelp reviews initially, and was comforted by the level of knowledge and awareness of situations like mine that Paul mentioned for making sure my DV-130 got served. I cannot thank him enough for handling this as quickly as he did as the anxiety over getting this served was going to send me into an early grave! God forbid I ever need to deal with serving someone with anything, Paul is who I'd call. read more

I used Paul at Speedy for a tough case. It took Paul 6 weeks and more than 20 tries to find the guy I'm trying to serve. Paul went above and beyond to track the person down and he did everything according to the books. All for a flat fee too!! I highly recommend Speedy Process for your needs in the Santa Clarita and Valencia area. He is the best process server I've ever work with and I can't recommend him enough. read more

I first starting using Paul over at Speedy Process Service for service in the Santa Clarita area, but he is so reliable and knowledgeable that I now use him for everything in LA County. In fact, my entire office uses him now. He is great with all types of service, especially UD's, and is creative when it comes to difficult service. A good reliable process server is hard to find, I'm lucky to have found one. read more

I filed a small case claim against LA City and CalTrans back in February and no sooner had I filed the case than the LA Courts were closed down to the public and LASD suspended their process serving. Fortunately the hearing date was pushed back from early May to early October and since I still needed to make service on the defendants, I searched for a local process server and contacted Paul on a Monday morning. After discussing the challenges of service (City Hall is closed to the public due to the pandemic) he said he could help and we agreed a price for the service and filing the proofs of service with the court. I emailed copies of the small claim and subpoenas over to him on Monday afternoon and the next day he called back to confirm he had successfully served LA City. He explained that he'd also left a voicemail for the CalTrans office and was waiting to hear back from them. Two days later on Thursday, I got an email confirming that he'd also served CalTrans too! Paul is very helpful and efficient and I would certainly use his services again if I need a process server as he is the epitome of good business practices. read more

I couldn't be more pleased! With a person actively avoiding being served for 2 weeks, he came in and made it happen. He was patient and persistent and I'm so very grateful! He was very easy to work with and multiple suggestions that resulted in a successful execution. He then walked me through the next steps and answered all questions on dealing with court paperwork too! Definitely goes above and beyond! read more

When I called Speedy Process Service they answered immediately while three other companies had recordings!!! I needed documents delivered ASAP!!! Paul, with this service quickly and courteously acted! I was totally amazed that this man went out of his way to meet me because my email was to large to send, quickly gathered information and had papers served within 20 mins. of our meeting!!! Amazing service and I will DEFINATELY refer him to everyone and maintain his company as my process service in the future!!! Outstanding, quick, reliable and courteous!!! WOW!!
