The guards are unprofessional, they ride around in the patrol car all day on their phones parked in a parking space or just in front of the businesses. If you call them they are unresponsive and usually unhelpful when they arrive. They park across handicap accessible areas like wheelchair ramps on sidewalks and practice regular negligence could really put people at risk considering their job is to keep people safe. A lot of transients frequent the area and are regularly unstable and violent. If you're looking to contract to keep your shopping area safe. Look elsewhere.

We quickly looked them up and after seeing the reviews on yelp, scheduled an in-home quote. Aaron showed up on time, patiently went through everything my fiancé wanted done and promised to provide an estimate for the job within one week (as they were very busy at the time with previous jobs). One week later, we received our very reasonable quote from Aaron and scheduled our installation. On installation day, Aaron and his assistant showed up on time and got the job done. They took time with each tv, making sure everything was secure, level and working properly. (Aaron even left during the job to drive all the way back down to L.A. where he purchased a mount for one of the TVs to replace a missing part so that the job wasn't delayed for another day!)
