This company led me to believe that they were going to come and clean my house today 04/07/2023 (The day before my party). I just called wondering where they are, as they had not yet called me to let me know they were on the way to come and clean. When I spoke with the guy who answered the phone, he told me he never received a text message from me and he had gone ahead and booked my time slot with someone else. On this phone call he let me know there is apparently another phone number that I was supposed to send the text message to. This information was never communicated to me on ether of the 2 previous phone calls, and now its too late. It's now nearly 3:00 PM THE DAY BEFORE MY PARTY and I have no one to come and clean my house. They did offer to come and clean my house tomorrow morning, however my schedule will not allow for that.
