As someone who was new to firearms, I really appreciated how Edwin took the time to explain firearm safety, walk me through the hands-on portion, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. The range portion was my first time ever at a range, and Edwin made it a very positive and educational experience. I've been in the security industry for over 13 years, and obtaining my exposed license was an important next step in my career. Edwin provided the knowledge and confidence I needed to take that step responsibly. I highly recommend Meridian Security Group to anyone looking to obtain a security license. They are professional, thorough, patient, and truly invested in helping their students succeed. I'll definitely be returning for future qualifications and licenses!

Horrible parking in the area, picking up sister in law for my daughters birthday from the airport that night. Close the garage out of habit and have my car towed. Guy on the phone (Darren) was an unapologetic troglodyte. Said we had been warned, when we do not possess any formal written notices. Additionally, every guard that has come by whom I have had convos with has noted that the vehicles are ours and remind us to get them parked before we leave. As a security patrol, the job is to protect and serve the community to whom they are employed - this is the most abhorrent action taken.

I put a positive review on here almost three years ago when my system was new and I am just as…read moresatisfied with it as I was then. There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.
