I am going to be honest here. It's a basic job for people looking to work until they find something better. I worked under Joe & Mondo. I spent most of my 3 years under Joe. Only complaint is pay and insurance. While they can't do a bunch about insurance. The pay scale is mediocre. I always believed in you get what you pay for. Mondo I only worked for a few weeks under him. Nothing really to complain about l, he's doing his job. by the way no direct deposit either. read more

They need to just shut this shit down because this is by far one of the worst security companies I have ever worked for. The benefits is trash, they don't offer room for growth, don't offer raises or direct deposit, one of the managers (Carlos) is a fuckin alcoholic, the owner (Mark David is a racist). It's a lot of favoritism in this company. My advice to anyone thinking about applying here don't. They're bullshit and I hope they get shut down sooner than later read more

After a year, still have yet to hear from this company. Not letting this go since it's veteran owned and I too am a veteran. I have yet to get an apology from Officer J.E. Paying for HOA and have to deal with this clown behavior read more

Went to have a quick lunch at Wolf Creek and came out to find an fpk warning notice on my car stating "possibly stored vehicle". I had been there been there all of 45 minutes. I guess these idiots had nothing better to do. read more

You'd be better off buying a scarecrow and putting a badge on it. They have been getting paid by our HOA to pretend to be security. Countless times I have found their graveyard shift sleeping on the job and or not following their protocols we are paying them for. This company is a joke and the complete antithesis of "security". read more

FPK Services AKA Analyte Health DBA Starfish.com is scamming women who are looking for online medical services. After charging you, it is impossible to reach anyone (chat, phone, email) who can give you the care you paid for. read more

FPK is very good. They do what they promise, and our tenants have been very happy t see security around.

The team at FPK is great and has always been very responsive to our needs. Going with them was a great decision. They do not push any services on us that they felt we didn't need. We had contacted them about doing fixed guard at our location, but in the end their suggestion was for patrol sweeps to be done ant that should be enough. In the end it saved us money and has delivered on our expectations. read more

Talk about an unorganized unprofessional company. I was visiting my aunts house which I go maybe once a month and they put a notice on my vehicle telling me I'm a tenant. And can't park in guest parking. When I do not live there. Then I call and speak to Mike, who is rude and unprofessional hangs up. Does not even make a note of the incident, that was incorrect nor does he care. But then tries to make excuses. If they get a list from the HOA, I don't know how they would come up with my car be a residence car. Obviously they're lazy and do half ass work!! Keep in mind I was there in the middle of the day not even at night. read more

I feel they need to train employees not to park in handicap if they aren't handicapped, the kicker the whole parking lot was open to park it was 2am , why choose to park in this spot, on top it completely illegal. Just do better. Also learn to park in the lines it's not hard . read more

These people are the worst ... guards going through the dumpsters at night instead of "patrolling my complex". How much of rent goes to this company? See the posted photos ... they are worth 1000 words each. Simply the worst is being nice! read more

All of the deleted reviews from the last few months are very telling, all one star reviews . This company is complete trash and really conduct themselves a lot like a gang. Not to mention majority of guards I've seen were definitely high, I've even been asked if I can score drugs for them . The manager is extremely unprofessional and trains his guards the same . Towing cars WITH parking permits because they have a personal vendetta with the owner . I'll be glad when this company is held accountable. On several occasions MARIO at the Cambridge location in Granada Hills hides even though it's supposed to be maximum visibility. He's told me he tows care for FUN not because it's his job . Do be better before someone ends up in a bad situation read more

I work with Fpk more then 1 years they have great team , best management they looked after their guard like family Nice and well organized team , well training Thank you guys keep up good work read more

Great service at affordable pricing. Easy communication with management. Guards actually walked the property. Nothing but good things to say about this company and the way that it's red. For exceeded my expectations as I've tried other Security companies that don't compare to FPK security. Highly recommended!! read more

Mike Post was rude and yelling at me on the phone, he lied and told me to call the towing company to see what I could do to get my car for free. Then I gave him a solution that would not charge either party. At which point he pulled a power play and implied he was above admitting fault even though he's not the one who towed it. One of his employees did. Mike Post also said the position where I got towed is where other cars keep getting towed, because it's an unmarked zone, so they should put a sign there. Or at least admit fault which is no charge to them at all. read more

My former coworker and friend got me in with this Company guarding FedEx sites in Kettlemen City, worked under Joe & Mondo great job they would always send you what you need via mail, pay could of been better but no complaints. read more

FPK Security is contracted by my HOA for the safety and security of my community. I wouldn't trust anyone more to protect and maintain order in the community where I call home and raise my children (puppy). They have been nothing but diligent and attentive in all of my experiences with them. Our community pools and neighborhood are safer because of them! Thanks FPK! read more

These guys are awesome! I have them for security at on of my locations and they do a great job. I had an attempted break in and they were very quick to respond and they ended up saving the day and running off the creep. They also save me a lot of money on false alarms, from time to time, by showing up promptly and evaluating the situation. If you need a guard, they're quick and professional. read more

My HOA recently awarded the security contract to FPK Security...red flag #1: I've only seen them patrol my community once (when they took over) and haven't seen them since after about 3-4 months. Red flag #2: I tried to call them to request service and I got no answer after trying to call them 4 times in a row. I did get their V.M. which sounds like some uneducated employee who left a greeting like it was for his home. I gather that this company is a small mom and pop operation that bit off way more than they can chew and no business taking on HOA contracts for single family home neighborhoods. I will be voicing my opinions about this company and express my dissatisfaction with their lack of service at my next HOA meeting in hopes to dump their contract and get a new company to do what they are getting paid to do. read more

Been employed by FPK security the past two months during the pandemic and I can honestly say it's been a pleasure working here. My supervisor Micheal Hanley really made it feel like I was apart of the FPK family and puts all of his employees first. Overall good opportunity, company and leadership. read more

If the service you receive is reflected in the way their employees behave it must be horrible. One of their cars was rudely blocking the flow of traffic by driving at 55 mph, looking in his rear view mirror at all the cars behind him. Very inconsiderate, if that is the customer service to be expected that's sad. Can't say this was a good look for the company or it's employees. read more

Mark David and FPK Security are the best of the best!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my secuity needs. Their prices are the most reasonable and they provide the highest level of service in the industry!! Look no further for your security needs. I really wish I could give them 10 stars!!! read more
