My experience is almost exactly the same as Thomas JP's post. Keith Krasnove is very much a crooked business man, I couldn't say it any better than that. He quoted me one price, then charged me double. He also claimed 2 investigators would be present. When he couldn't even locate the person, I had to drive back to the starting point, and show him myself, and it was only then when I realized it was he and his dog, doing the investigation. I guess his dog was the second investigator. He ended up charging me for another $250 for a meeting at Starbucks where we spoke before I even signed the contract, and he forced 2 reports I specifically stated I did not want (another $450). One report I was charged $125 which was a massive data dump off the internet for individuals with different birth date information (mind you I specifically requested NOT to run the report), which I could have gotten from an app for $20, and it was unreadable. Then his recap of the evening (second report which was a 1 1/2 page , $350 report, too) proved he didn't complete the assignment as agreed upon, and gave his own opinion, rather than facts. I could go on and on, how bad my experience was. Then when I confronted him with my dissatisfaction, he threatened he would post our agreement on the internet and "let the public decide". He also tried to use legal jargon to try and intimidate me into just going away. When I confronted him about misrepresenting using 2 investigators, he also accused me of lacking empathy, because his partner was supposedly ill with cancer, so I guess I was supposed to just know this and pay for two anyway? He is a thief, a bully, and completely misrepresented his services, then charged me double, as well. He also threatened to take me to court, if I didn't pay him more. This was my first experience hiring a PI, and I am at a loss for words, how bad this guy is. Even giving him a rating of "1 star" is too kind. DO NOT use this guy, buyer beware!!
