I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with this law firm. Before moving forward with my…read morecase, I made it very clear that I did not have the financial means to cover medical bills out of pocket. I repeatedly asked whether my case was strong enough to pursue, and I was consistently reassured that it was. Based on that reassurance, I agreed to move forward. However, the outcome did not reflect the confidence that was initially communicated, and I was ultimately left in a difficult financial position. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of direct communication. Despite requesting to speak with the attorney handling my case, I never had the opportunity to do so. Instead, I was assigned a case manager who, in my experience, did not seem fully informed about the details or progress of my case. Overall, I feel that my expectations were not properly managed, and I wish there had been more transparency about the risks involved. I would encourage others to make sure they have direct access to their attorney and a clear understanding of potential outcomes before proceeding. I need to correct several points in your response because that was not my experience. At no point did I have a direct conversation with you where any of this was clearly explained. In fact, despite multiple requests to speak with the attorney handling my case, I was never given that opportunity. All communication was handled through a case manager, who, from my understanding, had very limited experience at the time and was not able to adequately answer my questions or explain the situation in detail. Before moving forward, I repeatedly asked whether this was a case worth pursuing, specifically because I could not afford to take on medical expenses without a reasonable expectation of recovery. I relied on the reassurance provided by your office. If this case was truly as limited as you are now stating, that should have been clearly and directly communicated to me by the attorney not relayed indirectly or left unclear. Instead, my case was taken on, I proceeded with treatment, and then the case was dropped shortly after, leaving me in a difficult financial position. To make matters worse, I was not even properly notified that my case had been dropped. For something this serious, that level of communication is unacceptable. That financial impact may not seem significant from your perspective, but for an everyday person, it absolutely is. This is exactly why I asked those questions upfront. This experience reflects a lack of direct communication and transparency, which is the main issue I raised in my original review.

There simply aren't enough words in the English language to describe how amazing Jacob Seropian is…read more Jacob represented me through an incredibly complicated series of circumstances. I had six or seven car accident cases happening at the same time--not individually over the years, but all at once. Talk about a juggling act! Somehow, Jacob managed every case with incredible knowledge, organization, and attention to detail. He knew my cases better than I did, even though I was the one who had lived through everything. I received excellent settlements on each of my cases, but one accident in particular was the catalyst for the pain and injuries that followed. Jacob negotiated an incredible settlement in that case--far beyond what many of his peers believed was possible. Honestly, I never expected the outcome he was able to achieve for me. What impressed me most was not just the results, but the fact that Jacob was always on top of everything. I felt like I was in extremely capable hands throughout the entire process. He understood the details, knew how to navigate the complexities of my cases, and fought to get me the best possible outcome. I honestly don't remember how I originally found Jacob, but I will be forever grateful that I did. If I am ever unfortunate enough to be involved in another car accident (knocking on wood!), Jacob Seropian will be the first person I call. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks, Jacob!!!
