Poor legal advice cost me over $1,000 in vehicle depreciation. My case was passed around between 3 different case managers with little to no communication throughout the process. On top of that, I discovered additional fees being taken from my settlement that were not clearly disclosed. The firm claims these charges are separate, despite the contingency agreement stating otherwise. I am currently disputing over $1,000 in extra fees being deducted directly from my settlement proceeds and pursuing legal action regarding the matter, as they didn't give me any other choice. Have been dealing with them for over a year now. They said this would be done in September, which is clearly not the case. The head lawyer, convinced me to fire the lawyer I had already retained for my accident. He made promises about CHP relationships and a specialized health care network. I have worked with them now for three months and nothing that was promised has been fulfilled. In fact the opposite of what was promised has been my experience. I had a traumatic brain injury and spinal injuries from my accident, this law office took advantage that knowledge. Lied and manipulated me. Haven't been in an accident for a long time, I was referred to Megeredchian Law firm. Alex and Emil and their team handled everything. They got my accident report and contacted the other parties insurance to get me my medical treatments, they found a Doctor close to where I live and all I had to do was set the appointment. Stay away from this firm. Unless they pay people for FAKE REVIEWS there is NO WAY they deserve a 5 star. False promises with the initial call whom Alex responds in person then you never hear from him again. I had a a terrible accident with a drunk driver and they couldn't do anything for me. I was just compensated with my own insurance and they took a 30% of the pay cause I signed the initial contract with them thinking they will go after that guy. I chose them cause of all the fake stars they have on yelp. There is no communication in the office and they make you do things that you are not even supposed to do. I wish I have done more research. My dad was in a car accident back in September of 2023 and he was rear ended on the fwy. He suffered back/neck pain due to the accident. I contacted Brianna and she was very helpful, explained everything. She arranged for his car to picked up from his house to the body shop and so he can have a rental. The body shop staff was very nice too and they did a great job on the car. I think it only took few weeks or so for the car to be repaired. Everything was a smooth transaction, it was all taken care of. She set up all of his appointments with the doctor and the physical therapist and his CT scan. Pick up the phone and call them without a doubt! I've never dealt with a law office or a lawyer, this was my first time at 23 years old. I didn't know anything or the terminology, Megeredchian Law will take HOURS of their time to explain everything to you if needed. I needed quick and simple answers and they were able to deal with me during the most hectic time of my life. At 23 years old I was put into surgery (for the first time) not knowing if I'd come out with my ovaries in place. I had a serious surgery that mentally and physically impacted me in a way that I had never experienced. My surgeon advised me not to drive for 2 weeks, so I followed his direction. The 3rd week came around, I started driving to work again and guess what... a car rear ended me in traffic going 30-45mph. I watched him in my rear view mirror speeding and noticed that he was texting and didnt see the stopped traffic. I held on to my steering wheel and pressed on my brakes as hard as I could. A few seconds later I was in a 5 car accident. I tried to get out of the car and I collapsed, my legs were completely numb from the fear and because my knees slammed into my car. A few days later, I realized my back ache is worse than usual. I was bummed out speaking to a friend about everything that happened in the last few weeks and her boyfriend intervened. He told me that #1 I need to go see a doctor because if I don't take care of the aches it'll be worse in the long run and #2 told me to call Megerdchian Law. He told me what happen to me wasn't fair, the guy didn't lift his head to look at the road for at least 10 seconds.
