My family and I were rear ended and our SUV was totaled. There were five of us in the car and we all suffered injuries. After filing the claim we contacted Avaness Law, and it was such a relief to have a pro advocating on our behalf, not just to the other side, but to our own insurance. The other party had little insurance, but Aren was able to get us maximum recovery. They made it easy to provide the information, by establishing a text where we could ask questions and send documents. When we kept getting invoices and questions from insurance, we simply forwarded it to Aren and they quickly handled everything. Aren Avaness is by far one of the most amazing attorney's you could ever have fighting on your side. He's exceedingly competent, fair & dedicated. Even more important, he's kind, compassionate & patient. We had a difficult case after being rear-ended & injured by an uninsured motorist. We would discover that your own insurance company becomes your adversary on an uninsured motorist claim. Our original lawyer couldn't handle the complexity of the case and referred us to Aren Aveness. It was the best decision we ever made to let Aren take over our case. When you're the victim of a reckless uninsured driver, you expect your insurance company will look out for you. Not the case. Not by a long shot. When Aren took our case, we were in the midst of a nightmare and were at a breaking point. But he immediately calmed the entire situation & pledged to fight for us; assuring us that he'd take on the stress & worry so we could go back to our lives. That's a comforting thing to hear when you feel like you're in a legal twilight zone.
