I write my review as my case is still pending, because I did not want it perceived that I am writing my review based on the outcome or award I received. My review is genuine and honest, and it is my pleasure to take the time to give my gratitude. I was in an auto accident and was injured but did not want some fly by night attorney who was going to send me to some cheesy doctor, settle my case and send me on my way. When I received a callback from Arin, I knew immediately that he was going to represent me and fight hard, and that he was going to be the perfect attorney for my case. From the beginning, he was professional and prompt. He has acknowledged or returned every call, email and text, without being annoyed and always in a pleasant manner. I had an issue with an MRI appointment, and how I was treated and shared my experience with him. I expected a generic response at best, and half-ass apology from the center. What I received was prompt attention, a heartfelt apology from my attorney and my next appointment switched to another imaging center that was absolutely amazing. From day one, the process has been smooth and straight forward. I am a busy working mom with children, so being able to e-sign documents and not take a drive to the attorney's office is a huge plus. The doctors and medical professionals I have seen are hands on and did not treat me like a number, but rather a client and almost like family. They are skilled in their fields and I feel comfortable and confident in the care and treatments I receive. I am always greeted with a smile by the office staff as well. I have not needed to call for follow up a single time to get my case status. Arin has provided excellent follow up and if there is nothing to report, he just calls to see how I am feeling and how my appointments and progress are going. Well...since my last review got removed I will write this again - from my personal experience, I do not recommend this firm. I often felt left in the dark, because there would be many months periods without communication. I personally did not feel well taken care of or represented as a client. In the beginning I was led to believe my case had potential for high settlement, but was left with nothing. In life, we will have scenarios where you feel all is lost. This past year, I needed a helping hand against a complex system. I had more than just help, I had a law firm to protect our family, the Alpine Law Group in Irvine. **Due to a pending case, I cannot talk about the current progress/situation** A year ago, I was devastated that a situation had occurred in my family. In my family/culture, we were always told to keep it to ourselves to not cause any ruckus/trouble. I could not do that because there are too many wrongs that were let go in our lives. Originally, I had contacted a few other law firms, but they did not respond within the time frame I specified. When an incident occurs, your emotions are running high trying to get answers. After the Q&A, I believe, the attorney reviews to see if this is a case that they can take on. In this case, it was very serious and I was introduced to more than just an Attorney, he became our Guardian, Arin Khodaverdian. While I can watch many law shows and think that this can be done in an hour, as a client, I need to give Arin as much time. He will provide quality and recommend/suggest the next stages of your case. Rushing Arin will only provide short term results and may not be in your best interest. I know time is usually against us, but for Arin, it gives him time to research the entirety of the case from police reports to insurance/hospital documentations. I would rather know that Arin was complete than for some street attorney to give a quick settlement that only provides a quick dollar. Ok so it needs to be said that my situation turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined!! I got into an accident in January of 2019, and ended up with a neck injury. The accident was 100% not my fault as I was parked and the left side of my car was crushed by a tow truck. I talked to a couple of lawyers but there was something about Arin and how he explained the process and put me at ease about it that made me decide to go with him. Immediately following our call he set me up with the right doctors to work on a progression to my recovery. The doctors took such good care of me and made sure i knew all my options in how to proceed. I went to 10 weeks of physical therapy, even in the midst of the pandemic and did about another 10 weeks of at home physical therapy exercises as well. By this time it was obvious my injury wasnt going anywhere and I was getting serious bouts of pain. I received a hydrocortisone shot into my spine which help for about 4 months and the pain returned. It was then that I realized I might have to consider surgery. I ended up having to get an ablation because I had an annular tear. After healing from that I was so much better, not healed simply because such an injury takes several years to heal but the nerve pain associated is near nonexistent (this is simply due to the injury and not the treatment and it gets better as time passes). I finished my treatment and Arin went to work negotiating my settlement. I'm not a patient person but whenever I reached out Arin and his team assured me that my case was in the midst of negotiation and that it simply took time. Fast forward to December 2020 and I get a call from Arin informing me that they had an offer and he felt it was definitely worth taking but that it was up to me. I was really pleased with the number and decided to take it as at this point I also wanted to put it behind me and move forward into the new year in 2022.
