I sent him a few pictures to see if the coax outlet could be salvaged at all, or if it would be better to run an ethernet cable through the walls instead. After seeing the jack for himself, George had a few ideas to try to repair the existing cable, we set a date, and he was on his way. George figured out what stumped the Spectrum technician who had tried out the outlet prior and the coax panel is now working in no time at all. From there, George helped me move the modem into my home office and worked alongside me in testing the internet connection to verify it's running and stable. After our victory, George helped me move my furniture back to how it was before accessing the outlets. The previous technician recommended that I solve my issue by purchasing a powerline adapter. However, for half the price and no additional equipment needed, George could get my internet wired and work in the ideal location of my home. Thanks!
