Within seconds, a security guard named Turner approached and began aggressively yelling at me to "keep moving." I calmly explained I was waiting for the spot, but he continued raising his voice in an extremely confrontational way in front of my kids, who became visibly scared and started shaking. It escalated further when he began taking photos of my family, including my minor children, and my vehicle while threatening to "report" us--despite us doing absolutely nothing wrong. After I parked, he continued taking photos and refused--repeatedly--to let me speak with a supervisor. He told me he was "busy" and that his supervisor had "better things to do." I asked at least a dozen times, and he refused every single time. What made this even more concerning was that shortly after, I saw multiple other cars waiting for parking spots in the exact same way, and he said nothing to them. It felt completely selective and unjustified. I had to go into Erewhon to try to get contact information for the security company because the guard would not provide anything. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially at a location that's supposed to be welcoming and family-friendly. I come here daily and expect basic professionalism--not to be yelled at or have my children frightened by someone on a power trip. Management seriously needs to address this.

The response time with Iron Delta is incredible. Officers are armed and professional. We call them anytime we recognize suspicious activity and they arrive within minutes. He then tells me yes the neighbors TV wasn't that loud, but they are turning it off. SO let me get this straight. Instead of texting me back or even calling he thought he would show up at my door and ring the bell to follow up. Zero judgment. Inappropriate behavior. No training. Shame on the owner who would hire someone like this. If he has poor judgement on this then safe to assume the same goes for everything else.
