We used DHS security to protect our home while tenting for termites. From was very easy to communicate with, calling us back within a few minutes. He sent photos letting us know the guard was on site and most importantly we had no issues while tenting. The price was very reasonable. We were referred DHS by a neighbor who worked with them and would definitely pass along as a referral to anyone in need of private security. read more

SCAM!!!! We overpaid Deon by $3,040 and he agreed in an email. He told me in an email that he would process the refund on May 15, 2026. I have called, emailed and texted him daily with no response whatsoever. He has disappeared and his so called business is a mailbox at a UPS store. Nowhere to be found, but I will. Read other YELPS, he takes your money and disappears. I believe his good YELPS must be those of family and friends. Don't get SCAMMED!! read more

DHS came through for our Warehouse/3 acre property in the City of Commerce. Located on a rail spur where homeless had moved in, DHS provided overnight and weekend guards for several weeks while we upgraded our security system. We received daily reports of any transient activity. The guards kept the area free from intrusion. Thank you Deon and team. Definitely would recommend! read more

This company was great to work with. They provided excellent service at a last minute notice and the price was very good. Highly recommend

Back in December, we trusted DHS Security to help us run a small private event. Instead, they cancelled on us the very same day... no warning, no apology. But the worst part? Months later, they're STILL holding onto the $600 we paid them. We've asked. We've called. We've emailed. Over and over again. But Deon Solomon, the person we worked with, has completely disappeared. This isn't just bad business. This is stealing from students. Young people scraping together what they can to make something happen -- and getting taken advantage of by a company that thinks we're too small to fight back. It's disgusting. It's shameful. And we're not going to stay quiet about it. read more

Deon Solomon, who runs the company, has completely stopped replying to our emails and calls. He stole $600 from a student org. Incredibly unprofessional and wouldn't recommend DHS Security to anyone. read more
