The driver clearly failed to properly secure the steering wheel, which is basic towing procedure. This level of negligence is unacceptable. What made the situation worse is the company's complete lack of accountability. They denied responsibility and refused to provide their insurance information so I could file a claim. That alone says everything about how they handle their mistakes. This experience was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. If a company damages your vehicle and then refuses to take responsibility or even cooperate, that's a huge red flag. Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable towing company--this one is not it.

The dispatcher was really patient, even though I was definitely flustered and ashamed about the scenario. Technician was quick to come and had my car unlocked in a matter of minutes without hurting anything. He was friendly and professional and didn't make me feel stupid for the mistake. The best part is he checked to make sure everything worked perfectly before he left. I've since utilized them once for fuel delivery when I ran out of gas on a long drive. Same good service both times. They care about assisting others not just about getting the job done. There are not many roadside assistance companies you can depend on for services like auto towing, lockouts, battery service and fuel delivery. I have contacted their response times have been fantastic every time. They have shown themselves more than once and I have already saved their number in my phone. That peace of mind makes a tremendous difference when dealing with unforeseen vehicle troubles.
