Called at midnight and was told we had to wait for 45 minutes, which was totally fine. An hour passed so we call and the guy says they need another 45 minutes. Another hour passes and we call again but NO ANSWER. We tried calling several times so we knew they weren't picking up our calls on purpose. We waited for a little over 3 hours by then. Never calling this place ever again and suggest no one else does either. The only plus with this place was how efficient the tow truck driver was but with all the extra "45 minutes" the guy on the phone kept saying wasn't worth it. read more

**AB Towing Arlington TX** be very careful if your dealing with this towing company but my opinion would be to stay away from these clowns. This company is completely unprofessional and are thieves don't waste your time, they have horrible customer service. My little 17 year old sisters car broke down at around almost midnight so she called this company they told her it would be 270$ to get it towed back to our residence. When the driver showed up (40 minutes later than the ETA provided by the dispatcher) he was able to get the car started because the car has a loose battery connection. SO THE CAR WAS NEVER TOWED. when my 17 year old sister asked the driver how much would she be charged he told her to call the dispatcher back so they could work out a refund or partial refund. The driver than asked my little sister for some cash since he was able to get the car running. So now the driver is demanding more money but under the table. We proceeded to call the company and a dispatcher by the Name of Ted answered the phone I proceeded to tell him exactly what happened and said he was going to call the driver to verify what happened and call us back and he would atleast need to keep 90$ out of the 270$ since the driver was dispatched. He called back and told us that he isn't going to return ANY of the money and that he wasn't going to waste his time arguing with me and began to raise his voice, and hung up. I've been calling back this place for the past 2 hours and he keeps putting me on hold and then hanging my call up. This place is very rude and unprofessional and they took advantage of a 17 year old girl that was stranded. And to top it all off they aren't answering the phones on neither me or my sister. Called to see if they towed Arlington, they said yes. Asked how much for 3 miles, they said $90. Told them I was on the side of the road and all I had was cash, is $100 ok They said they needed a card on file for liability. Gave card number. They asked if they could take all $90 out. I said no I don't have the funds on the card, just cash. They said they aren't going to send someone out for cash. Business concluded. Cowboy Towing shows up. Does the job, I pay them $120 cash. AB Towing calls 4 hours later to tell me that they were charging that card number I gave them $18 as a cancellation fee. Great job. They obviously need that cancellation fee, because that's all the business they can get. Call Cowboy Towing they don't fuck around. If you have any doubts, read that first review and ask yourself if that is legit. What a joke. read more

called at 5:15am this morning to have my sons car in arlington towed just 1.5 miles after being in a wreck and after 2.5 hours and several calls to them i waited until another tow company drove by and offered to take it for $50 compared to AB' emergency rate of $175. I immediately called AB to cancel because they did not honor their 30 min guarantee and i was told by "Chris" that he was charging my credit card anyway because i verbally agreed.
