The technician answering the telephone was very pleasant. He gave me a choice of times. The initial time was later that same day I called! Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! CALL THEM! I now have a fully functioning refrigerator that has been going strong. The whole cost was less than $100. The technician even gave me information on what to ask for at Home Depot/Lowes to fix the issue of re-hooking up the water line after the water line was moved during a downstairs complete remodel.

U.S. Appliance Services is the only appliance repair company I use in this area, and after two…read moreservice calls I don't plan to change that. The call that sold me came over Labor Day, when the freezer side of my refrigerator needed repair. I didn't have their contact information handy, so I started working through every local shop I could find online. Plenty of them advertise 24/7 service, nights, weekends, and holidays. Every one with a website had a closed-for-the-holiday notice or an out-of-office message up, and not one of them got back to me. U.S. Appliance Services did, and quickly. Over the holiday, it felt like they were the only repair company still in business. The only reason this isn't five stars is timing. They already had other jobs booked, so the repair itself happened a couple of days after the holiday. That was reasonable under the circumstances, but a same-day visit would have made this an easy five. When they came out, the visit was quick, efficient, and clean. There was no sales pitch, no push toward an upgraded repair, and no attempt to sell me anything I didn't need. Pricing is clear and transparent, and it's reasonable for this market. My first call with them, about a year ago, was for a dishwasher. It turned out they couldn't fix it, so they charged me what amounted to a service-call fee instead of billing me for a repair they didn't make. I ended up replacing the dishwasher, but that kind of honesty counts for a lot with me. One practical tip: text them. They'll answer messages through Yelp, but texts usually get a fairly quick reply. This area has no shortage of businesses that say they repair appliances. Far fewer seem to have the capacity to show up when you need them. U.S. Appliance Services does, and as long as I live here, they're my first call.

"She" scheduled an appointment for the next day between 12:30 and 2:30pm. The bot never gave any idication that the call was finished, it just went unresponsive and left me hanging until I finally hung up. The next day we waited through the two hour window. No one ever called, no one ever showed up. Sarcon is completely useless as far as I'm concerned.

Less than a day the freezer continued to have issues they came back out and stated it was misdiagnosed and they replaced a fan. After 3 emails they came back out a third time on 2/17/22 This time they replaced the fan timer and charged an additional 85 dollars. Overall this wasn't done correctly the first time and they continued to charge me after claiming the work has a 90 day warranty. The whole point of a diagnostic fee is to CORRECTLY diagnose the problem the first time. Total cost is 260 never again As of 02/22/22 scheduled a technician for ongoing issues with the Freezer they wasted my entire day and did not show up this companies lack of professionalism and lack of care is unmatched at this point i feel like they are not using new parts. 2/23/22- Technician who arrived again at was absurdly rude to my girlfriend I was on the phone with her at the time . I had spoken to the owner over the weekend he offered some money back for all the headache and being charged multiple times. The technician Gave us the wrong refund check for with another couples name and told us we can find another company to fix our refrigerator. We either want the problem fixed or a refund not both.. Again he never called just arrived not sure what's so difficult with fixing a fridge correctly the first time. When he left he stated do not disturb anymore. I found myself at Lowe's at the pickup spot where I normally do curbside pickup to get items for work. My order was ready the day before, so I went there roughly around 9 AM, bright and early. I ended up waiting in my car for over 30 minutes just for one person to bring my items out to my car, putting me behind schedule and late for my job that was planned ahead. Now, this is a perfect scenario to show how one person's bad habits, poor example, or laziness can affect other people--it's like a chain ripple effect. Most people today think that they don't matter or that their job isn't important, but everyone has their own role inside this universe. This person at Lowe's put me an hour behind schedule. Now, I did go ahead of time, and I always plan ahead because the 7 Ps have been instilled in me--and this was extra material I needed to keep things in stock. Let's not forget how this one person delivering items late affected not only myself and my business, but also the customer I had to meet. The moral of the story is: do your damn job, because someone is depending on you, and what you do every day does matter.
