Mumma's did a great job and left our newly refinished floors in perfect shape. A few months post installation we needed a minor dishwasher adjustment which they came out promptly to fix. After having bought from the big box stores previously I can say Mumma's is hands down top notch!

The technician answering the telephone was very pleasant. He gave me a choice of times. The initial time was later that same day I called! Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! CALL THEM! I now have a fully functioning refrigerator that has been going strong. The whole cost was less than $100. The technician even gave me information on what to ask for at Home Depot/Lowes to fix the issue of re-hooking up the water line after the water line was moved during a downstairs complete remodel.

U.S. Appliance Services is the only appliance repair company I use in this area, and after two…read moreservice calls I don't plan to change that. The call that sold me came over Labor Day, when the freezer side of my refrigerator needed repair. I didn't have their contact information handy, so I started working through every local shop I could find online. Plenty of them advertise 24/7 service, nights, weekends, and holidays. Every one with a website had a closed-for-the-holiday notice or an out-of-office message up, and not one of them got back to me. U.S. Appliance Services did, and quickly. Over the holiday, it felt like they were the only repair company still in business. The only reason this isn't five stars is timing. They already had other jobs booked, so the repair itself happened a couple of days after the holiday. That was reasonable under the circumstances, but a same-day visit would have made this an easy five. When they came out, the visit was quick, efficient, and clean. There was no sales pitch, no push toward an upgraded repair, and no attempt to sell me anything I didn't need. Pricing is clear and transparent, and it's reasonable for this market. My first call with them, about a year ago, was for a dishwasher. It turned out they couldn't fix it, so they charged me what amounted to a service-call fee instead of billing me for a repair they didn't make. I ended up replacing the dishwasher, but that kind of honesty counts for a lot with me. One practical tip: text them. They'll answer messages through Yelp, but texts usually get a fairly quick reply. This area has no shortage of businesses that say they repair appliances. Far fewer seem to have the capacity to show up when you need them. U.S. Appliance Services does, and as long as I live here, they're my first call.

We completed a sale over the phone and the salesperson made sure the over the range would definitely fit and was the right product. The installers came out when they were scheduled in a timely manner and called before they came. Once here, they were extremely efficient, friendly and so experienced in what they were doing, it was installed in a record amount of time. They were neat and left no mess behind. We can't say enough about this store and their installers. That level of service and care hasn't been seen by us for a very long time. We were very impressed with the entire transaction. This local business hasn't forgotten that they deal with people and their needs....not just net profits.

I asked the installers to correct it and they said that's just the way it is we can't do nothing about it and left. After they get their money they obviously don't care. I will never buy from them again and will never recommend them. Only giving one star because 0 isn't an option

Tried other local places without success and found Martin's online. Dylan answered the phone, let me know he had the part I needed, set it aside for me to come out this morning, and was friendly and helpful when I arrived. The kit including the fuse and thermostat was less expensive than just the fuse, go figure, but everything is genuine whirlpool. What a pleasant experience to find this gem of a store. Yeah, it's a bit of a drive but for friendly service, reasonable prices, and genuine parts, it's worth it.

Our landlord reached out to Martin's Appliance Service and Repair and scheduled an appointment for less than a week out from the time the issue started. I played an audio clip of the noise for Bradlyn when he arrived and he troubleshooted the issue for almost an hour and a half. He made sure to clean up after himself and we had great conversation about his experiences in the field while the machine was being tested. I cannot speak to the affordability of the service as our landlord was responsible for the payment, but based on our experience, we would not hesitate to reach out to this team if we have any appliance related issues in the future.

Less than a day the freezer continued to have issues they came back out and stated it was misdiagnosed and they replaced a fan. Overall this wasn't done correctly the first time and they continued to charge me after claiming the work has a 90 day warranty. The whole point of a diagnostic fee is to CORRECTLY diagnose the problem the first time. Total cost is 260 never again As of 02/22/22 scheduled a technician for ongoing issues with the Freezer they wasted my entire day and did not show up this companies lack of professionalism and lack of care is unmatched at this point i feel like they are not using new parts. 2/23/22- Technician who arrived again at was absurdly rude to my girlfriend I was on the phone with her at the time . I had spoken to the owner over the weekend he offered some money back for all the headache and being charged multiple times. The technician Gave us the wrong refund check for with another couples name and told us we can find another company to fix our refrigerator. We either want the problem fixed or a refund not both.. Again he never called just arrived not sure what's so difficult with fixing a fridge correctly the first time. When he left he stated do not disturb anymore.
