Everyone had an animal they were tending to and there was a guy cleaning the fish tanks. I've been in this store three times now researching the best fish tank to give to my daughter for a Christmas gift and each time this same gentleman was cleaning the fish tanks as if he never stops. Great care for the animals. My wife and I took our 8yr old daughter to surprise her with her birthday gift. She is getting her first pet so it was a BIG surprise. As she was browsing the fish tanks for companions to the Betta that she had chosen Jeff took extra time to show her what fish can accompany a Betta. He showed her several species and was telling me what kind will cost a bit less and how to save a few dollars. With expert precision Jeff gave my 8yr old a quick, and easy to understand, lesson on feeding, cleaning, and tank care for what will be her pets. Jeff even made sure we had a full 24 hrs to prep the tank before taking the fish into their new home. Making sure the temp will be good and the tank water treated. He offered, and we accepted, to keep our fish in the store until we could be sure the water tank was ready. We are going back today to pick up the fish and our daughter is so excited.
