They told me that she liked to play aggressively and nipped (normal puppy activities). They failed to mention that she bit hard and latches on. It was going good until she decided to latch onto my hand and pull me down and then get ahold of my elbow. I was there trying to get her off of me without hurting her while the employees just stood there and watched. They only intervened when I started yelling I'm done get her the F off of me. I left with my hand bleeding and scratches and bruises up my arm. I'm not blaming the dog it's not her fault. But wouldn't you think that they would try to break a dog of that habit BEFORE you let people try to play with them.

Parking is available behind the store if you turn on Hampnett Ave. You can either enter the store through the back or walk around the block to the front entrance (we did this due to the rain and mud).
