Listen I can't recommend this place enough. I can't speak for all of the groomers there, but I can speak on the owner. She's just a treasure of a woman. On top of being a VERY good groomer, this woman is peak customer service. My dog is a very anxious little pup who shakes when we go anywhere. The owner personally grooms her so she was able to get more comfortable by going to the same face. I've had times where she let me drop my dog off before open because we couldn't fit her times around my schedule. When I was out of work for 4 months, the owner not only refused to accept any tips, she groomed my dog for like half price if that just so I could afford it. She's really such a nice person that I enjoy chatting with on groom days. I do not care if I move across town, I will be traveling to her to bring my pets as long as she is still open. read more

First time visit for a walk in nail trim. I was greeted immediately upon entering and there was absolutely no wait. Maria? was done clipping ALL my pittie's nails in less than 5 min and did the best job I've seen yet. No longer taking her all the way to her vet's office to only have them take off a tiny amount. My dogs always love going to Jax's galloping groomer. My older dog had a bad experience at other groomers, and has been terrified of Groomers to the point where she would bite them. I talked to the owner at Jax and she was very patient with my other dog and made my dog all love going there. I have four puppies and all of them absolutely love Jack scalloping Groomers. I've had the mobile services twice before. Now every time I try to schedule one I message them of messenger which I've always done and they never reply, and when you message again to see if they ever had time to check their "busy" schedule they get mad at you. Oh and forget about calling, they never answer the phone. And their service is not even great for the price you pay. read more

Look at my poor dog. She is 15 years old. When. The previous owner had the business he cared about how the dogs looked when they left his business. Our dog looks lime the groomer kept cutting until there was no more left. He face wasn't even cleaned. This is the second time I returned somce the previous owner sold the business. The first time haircut was a puppy cut amd she was clean bit they never called or text me when she was done but argued with me they did. Same happened this time. The employees need to mind their own business and quit interfering with the customers when their dog is sick! I do not recommend this business because I don't want anyone to go through what I went through with my dog. A worker there called the cops on me because she was skinny and had diabetes. She then told me that if I didn't have the money to pay for her to go to the vets that she had the money and I specifically told her that I had a vet and she was in good hands. Sadly she had passed in January and I have got another dog but will never ever take my new one there!! read more

I love this place. They do a good job with my dogs. Weather is nails trimming or having my dogs Eddie's haircut. One day I had three of my dogs couldn't take them all inside because it was too much for me and they came outside and trim my dogs nails in the car. read more

I have been taking my dog Maggie to Jax's for 6 months. Maggie and I love her spa days she is excited when we arrive because she knows that she will receive special attention from everyone there. Monica her groomer treats her like she is her owner and when I pick her up she looks so cute. Monica is a fantastic person and groomer. My wife scheduled an appointment which they somehow lost track of. Then we were rescheduled for an appointment the following week at 10:00 AM. She asks them for a duration and cost, and neither could be provided. After 4 hours and both of us calling them way too many times with no one answering, I tell my wife just to go. We have an infant daughter who she was trying to plan her nap, which she explained to them prior to leaving. Pretty ridiculous to have an appointment for a trim and bath and take over 4 hours with zero update and apparently no staff to answer the phone. read more

They are great with our 4 dogs. Other groomers left razor burns but never had any from these guys. The love our fur babies and even ask to take one for the day just for a visit without a hair cut. They are awesome caring people. read more

I agree that although they are well qualified they DO NOT LISTEN, and cut the HAIR the way they want, not what the customer wants. Too bad, because I think their technical skills are good. I would avoid them for reasons stated. read more

I was taking my dog there for years and I thought that I like that was a good place. Not anymore!!! I took my dog there about two months ago for a nail clipping and when Denise took her back I was watching in the car picture window and her co workers and her were looking over here because she is thin. Denis came out with my dog when she was done and questioned me because of her weight loss and I explained that she has diabetes and she asked me if she had her rabies vaccine and if I take her to see a veterinarian? She then said that if I didn't have the money to take care of her she has the money to treat her. I told her that she has had her rabies shots and that I do take her to see a veterinarian. She didn't believe me because I am disabled and didn't think I have the money to take care of her which in fact I do have the money and I take excellent care of her. She called the police on me because she thought I was neglecting her and that wasn't the case. I want to warn everyone that if your dog is sick get ready to explain yourself because she'll won't believe you and you'll be in the same boat that I was in and I don't want to see that! read more

I do NOT recommend it here. I stopped by to get my puppy's nails trimmed, and so disappointed. $15 for the groomer to drag my dog through it's puddle of pee back to the grooming table, then not even trim his paws. If you want somewhere good CHECK OUT ROSIES CANINE CLIPPERS, $10 and they trim your pets paws to clean them up & make them look great! read more
