This is the absolute best grooming place aroubd this entire area. We have used at least 5 others in this area they are the only ones that take your dog back on your appointment time and call in about an hour and 16 minutes to tell you they will be done in 15 minutes. No hot room with tons of other dogs in crates just a lot of live a grooming and back out. Maggie is our groomer and she is wonderful. We love this place and everyone is very friendly. read more

I will never have enough wonderful things to say about this local groomer. They have groomed all of our dogs for several years - and recently, they added one of my cats to their rotation! Our dog's groomer, Alexia, is the most loving being on the planet and I always look forward to what Eliza will look like when I pick her up. To top it off, they always take super fun pictures of your pets with some sort of seasonal background after they've been groomed. One of the things I also really love is that you can just stop in for nail trims and you don't have to make an appointment - with a super busy schedule, this is greatly appreciated. Incredibly caring and personable experience for both pets and families, the work these girls do is incredible :)

There is no list of the cost of services, so they charge whatever they feel like that day. I brought my cat in for grooming a second time and they charged me twice as much ($40 vs $90). AND they hurt him in the process; he was still bleeding when I left the business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!! read more

This is our first time here and the dogs seemed to enjoy it. They're definitely not huge fans of baths but they appeared happy enough on the way out. The groomers were nice and they came out to meet us and tell us how Princess and Mazikeen did. Princess is allergic to basically everything, but they used a hypoallergenic shampoo and she's much less itchy. This is Mazikeen's second time, she was younger before, but she came out much better. We can tell there's less shedding and they did an amazing job on both of their nails. We no longer hear them on our floors. Highly recommend these guys. Mckailah and Ande were very good. read more

Having moved from the DC area, I had been trying to find a groomer for my malitpoo I liked in the area. One groomer in particular never had any appointments available, kept strange hours and rarely answered the phone which was really irritating, however...after searching online for a while, I found Pet, Bath and Beyond. There weren't many reviews and those that I did find were a mixed bag, but she was in desperate need of a bath and a cut so I called Saturday morning to see about booking her for that day if it was possible. To my surprise, they had a cancellation and I was scheduled for 10:30 that morning. They called me around 9:45 letting me know they were running ahead of schedule and that I could bring her in earlier which was nice. Upon arrival, the shop is open, clean and bright. The staff was friendly and there was someone there to check us in right away. LeeAnn was the the stylist that would be working on my dog and asked what we would like done. I told her in no specific terms that a trim all around and on her face would be great. It took a little longer than what they said it would take (an hour) but I knew she may have had some matting on her belly which happens when her fur gets too long. I had to wait about 10 minutes once there to pick her up...she looked and smelled great! LeeAnn did a wonderful job of giving my dog exactly what she needed from the trimming of her nails to the trim around her face. The prices are extremely reasonable. I booked my next appointment right there for 6 weeks from that day!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone new in the area for a great place to take your pup...they do cats too! One note though...they do not accept credit cards, so be sure to bring cash or pay with a check! read more

Stopped in to use their self service pet wash area. I showed up at around 4 PM with no appointment and I was able to get right in. They closed at 5 pm on that day. The ladies at the front desk were helpful. They brought me into the back where the pet wash area is and got me and my dog all set up with the tub, towels, apron and cleaning supplies. They offered to help me with my dog but I was all set. Once I finished the bath they came in and started the dryer for me. The entire shop was clean and well-kept. There were plenty of choices for shampoo. The water temperature was adjustable and the sprayer allowed for good control of the water pressure. The tub was lined with a slip resistant mat which made it more comfortable for my dog. The price was extremely affordable. The high tub was easy on my back. Best of all was I did not have to clean up or wash the towels when I was finished. They took care of everything! read more

I had schedule my doggie for grooming directly with associate for the next business day. However the " very next" morning I started getting "texted from several associate asking to move my grooming time. Not once but twice. SMH then I moved my appt to the next business date because of all the problems. Well come Monday I got a call stating their groomer has left for the day, and asking me once again to move my appt. I cant believe how unprofessional this company is.First You dont TEXT your client that you dont know . That is totally unacceptable and 2nd dont make appts you cant fill. Had taken my dogs there numerous but sadly the last time we were "shamed". We were criticized for not coming for 4 months. We tried to get an appointment earlier but with schedules it was a 1 month wait. Regardless, I bring my dogs here to be groomed. You do not need to ridicule me for not brushing them properly. Evidently you did not want to groom them either. Very confused and groomer was rude. Guess I will not be dripping 120$ per dog again here. I had my cat Teegan groomed here, he actually had to be shaved, and the groomer was excellent!!! Very professional and friendly. I forget her name, but I will definitely go back again. And recommend this place to anyone who needs their pet groomed, bathed, nails trimmed, or pampered. She took her time and explained to me how to properly comb him so he doesn't get matted again. I was looking for a place to take my dog that could determine the best way for her to be groomed. The pet stores have been O.K. but they simply follow direction. I brought in Molly B. and explained that my wife and I were of two different opinions. One felt she should be shaved for the summer. The other adored her feathering, curly coat and flag tail but we agreed that we would follow the groomer's choice. We were not disappointed! She was trimmed, coat cut down less shaggy, and just looked so neat but didn't lose her unique look! We both agreed it was the best cut she's ever had. I love pet bath and beyond. I adopted two Persian cats at 4&1/2 yrs old and they were a bit matted. Contacted pet bath and beyond and got Leanne to groom benji and Bernie. Also found out she does gel caps on their claws so they can,t ruin the furniture, rugs or you lap. Also have a nasty girl, took her to get groomed and she was good for Leanne, she does a fantastic job plus she talks to the cats the whole time she is working on them also, you don't have to worry about them as they are in very good hands. All the ladies here are super nice and take wonderful care of both my dogs! My one Lhasa mix is older and grumpy and they treat him like a king! They also show great care and not once have I had any issues as I have had previously with some groomers (like mysterious wounds, funky haircuts, etc.) They work with rescues, so they are skilled in working with "problem" dogs, like my Lhasa. read more
