The technician answering the telephone was very pleasant. He gave me a choice of times. The initial time was later that same day I called! Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! CALL THEM! I now have a fully functioning refrigerator that has been going strong. The whole cost was less than $100. The technician even gave me information on what to ask for at Home Depot/Lowes to fix the issue of re-hooking up the water line after the water line was moved during a downstairs complete remodel.

There is also a really funky smell that lingers outside the store that is most likely from the nearby Quittie that runs under the bridge. It gives the whole area a smell of sewage and rotten vegetation. Inside, the place is well lit and pretty clean. Numerous washers of various sizes are set up in a long rectangle and then also line the far wall. They cost from between $2.50 for the smaller ones to $4.50 for the largest. There is a small table to sit at to the left, tucked against the ramp that leads up to the next area. Beside the table is two vending machines; One machine contains laundry supplies, while the other offers beverages and snacks. A large, flat-screen television dominates the far wall and is often tuned to news. To the left of the television is the money changer that supports denominations from $1-20 and a restroom. Up the ramp is the area that contains the dryers, laundry carts, and folding tables. Two booth tables greet you immediately and can hold 4 people each. A television upstairs, along with remote, gives you something to watch while you wait for the dryers to finish. It had a large swath of dead pixels across the middle that look like someone hit it with a bat or something and it can be pretty annoying. The dryers up here can hold a lot of clothing, easily two or three washers worth and are really cheap at a quarter for 7 or 8 minutes. The laundromat also offers free Wi-Fi with a fairly good connection and since the place isn't frequented by too many people at any given time, it is pretty solid for web surfing and the like.

He was buried at the cemetery at Ft. Indiantown Gap, and each time I visit my home state of Pennsylvania I stop by to see his grave site. The cemetery is very well maintained and has clean restroom facilities. It's also usually quiet whenever I'm here, and I never had any issues with parking spaces. Entry from the highway is rather easy, whether you're arriving here from Route 72 or Interstate 81. If you're in Central PA, be sure to stop by and look. There's even a useful computer kiosk at the visitors center where you can look up grave sites, too.

I'd driven past signs for the Pennsylvania Veterans Memorial multiple times but never stopped. On a…read morevery early morning trip back to DC, in no particular hurry, I took the exit off route 78 and within less than a mile, found myself turning onto the American flag lined driveway. It was a stunning first impression. The majestic flags billowing in the pre-dawn light, a light misty fog lingering in the rainy air. The complex is expansive with rolling lawns and cemeteries. It immediately reminded me of Arlington. I followed the signs down roads that twist and turn, until finally I came to the memorial. It's vastness surprised me. I'll admit, after living in DC for a time, I didn't think a monument in rural Pennsylvania could compare. The parking lot was empty, not a soul in sight, which only added to the somber mood and grayness of the day. The way the monument is designed, it gave me the feeling of both despair and hope. The entranceway is grand and proud. Marble foyers are smooth and hard. The row of fountains spout with jubilee. The trees breathe life. But the relic of a burned out European building reminds you why are there and of the many veterans of WWII who sacrificed for you. It is a memorial that rivals any in DC. There are clean and modern bathrooms onsite.
