Ivan was even able to address our misaligned original window trim. Now our drafty house feels sealed and quiet, with a noticable decrease in the time the heater is running. Kirill was responsive to any questions and worked with us to resolve a misunderstanding of weekend scheduled work. all around great experience with this company! from my…read moreinitial contact to request a free estimate for an insulated glass unit replacement to the scheduling of an accurate measurement to install. the people i dealt with were all very nice, courteous and knew what they were doing. it was stress free from start to finish. today chandler arrived to do the install along with two others (brady and colby, i believe?) they were efficient, conscientious of the space, clean, personable and did an amazing job. they even finished far sooner than i was told the install might take. time will tell, especially as the seasons change, but from all i can see right now, including the reuse of the window trim that shows no sign of having been removed, i'd 100% recommend einar johanson for window replacement. they were great to work with--zero regrets in terms of choosing them!

We had met several window people at the show, but Eric set himself apart by being truly knowledgeable about his products and his demeanor put my wife and I at ease. We set up 3 companies, including Energy Exteriors NW, to come to our home and give us bids to replace all of the windows (13), our French Door, and sliding door. Again, Eric set himself apart by giving us an all inclusive, straight forward, no baloney, and highly competitive quote right off the bat. One other company was over $10k higher! The second was several thousand higher even with the exact same windows, but lowered their price (and content of their offering) to get more competitive with Energy Exteriors NW. They actually, eventually beat their price, but we went with Eric. We ordered all Milgard Trinsic V300 for the windows and slider and the Ultra C650 for the French Door. Our order actually came in early so our installation was moved up 2 weeks. Raymond, Zack, and the rest of the installation crew were total professionals. Installing windows and doors is a messy business, but they managed to keep our home about as dust free as you could hope and the area around our home was equally tidy. They had the use of our guest bathroom and you could hardly tell they were there. They were quick and efficient craftsman that did an amazing job of making our home and our windows look like a million bucks. The installation took 3 days. We couldn't be happier! Looking for a replacement of a single window as we wanted a different style. Looked for a local…read morecompany and Harley's reviews were Outstanding. We were also offered a full window inspection, which we accepted as our home and windows were 30 years old. Inspection only found 5 windows that showed wear; however, we opted to get a quote for all 23. We had a rough idea how much a total window replacement would cost. The sales representative was friendly and informative. We reviewed all of the options and styles and chose the option just short of replacement with wood windows. We chose this option specifically as the replacement would not affect outside or inside trim, so no need for follow up repair. Within a few days a Harley's team came and measure and numbered each window with the windows then made to order. Scheduling around our travel plans, the installers came a few weeks later and had all the windows replaced in a day, with the 2nd team the following day to perform all the caulking and cleaning. Clean up was performed each day. There was an issue with 1 window - a different style than requested. It was re-ordered by the project manager and replaced within a week. The new window styles let me more light and we are very pleased with the result.

As a first-time homeowner looking into window replacement, I needed time to think things through. When I said I wasn't ready to sign a contract on the spot, I was told that if I didn't sign that day, they wouldn't come back because it "takes too much time" to draft a contract. That was honestly shocking and didn't sit right with me. While Avery was polite, the pressure to commit immediately and the unwillingness to respect a customer's need to consider their options felt very unprofessional. I left the experience feeling uncomfortable and decided not to move forward. I would recommend others proceed with caution and make sure you're ready to commit on the spot if you choose to work with them.
