Go somewhere else!! The old crow that owns this place is…read morecrouched in a tree in the hills somewhere! She is so out of touch with how to run a business. Even her website has cobwebs, nothing about it is true, the prices are hers to make according to her whims. There is no first time discount. Save your money and go somewhere else!

I spoke with the owner Sandra over a period of a few months anticipating an upcoming move and…read moreknowing I'd need storage. I am physically handicapped and cannot drive so I had to wait for a family friend to take me to register for and pay for my unit. I had asked her if they had any specials for the 10x10 unit and was told she would waive the $35 administrative processing fee (never heard of such a thing when I've had storage in the past) and said the unit was $95 dollars, to which i replied your website says it's $85 but I'll still take it! Showed up to get the unit and everything was closed down and had to call Sandra on my phone. First I said I had cash on hand for my unit and she says she doesn't take cash payments, to which I said okay I have my card as well and she said I don't think this is going to work out and I asked what? And she asked what my address was going to be once I moved and put all of my things in storage to which I replied I don't know yet (because we are waiting for our housing application to be approved) and she said this isn't going to work out abruptly again. I said but I have no problem providing an address of my family friend and any other information she may need. Due to my disabilities I became flustered so I handed the phone to my friend who proceeded to also tell her yes I can use her address and that we didn't understand what the issue was. People who move generally need to put their things in storage Sandra abruptly hung up. It was clear discrimination and very bizarre behavior. I will be filing a complaint with the state for the blatant discrimination against a disabled person. After reading other reviews it appears we dodged a bullet by not getting a unit here.

My three year old son and I walked into the office to request a tour of the storage facilities. The…read moremanager had a large unleashed dog on the premises that was aggressive towards my son ultimately making my son cry. While I will not demonize any bread of dog, this dog was about three times my son's weight and almost as tall. The dog was bumping him with his nose / head and sniffing him aggressively, a clear signal the dog was in distress. Despite my attempts to get between my son and the dog, the dog continued to walk around me to get to my son and also growled at my son. My son stood still as he was taught. When I finally picked my son up because he was starting to cry even louder, the dog kept standing up on its hind legs to continue the aggressive sniffing, despite my efforts to block the dog with my knee. My son was quite upset by this time as the dog would not leave him alone. I asked the manager to control her dog, but she was unable to. She blew some whistle that had no impact on the dog, but she never made any effort to stop the dog, verbally or physically, beyond blowing the whistle. When we finally squeezed out the front door blocking this dog inside, the manager stepped outside to speak with us. I told the manager that she has no control of her dog, to which she replied the dog is not hers. She then clarified that the dog is in her possession as the dog's owner recently passed away. Finally, she stated that we (as in my son and I) were the first problem. What great tact, though I am sure she was trying to say she has not seen such behavior from the dog before. I had to remind her that she had no control of the dog and therefore has no business letting the dog run free. Obviously, we do not plan to rent here. Updated post Keri's response to my review: Keri, while I appreciated the fact that you called me prior to me finishing posting this review, let me add a few key points regarding our conversation: 1) Blaming me for not picking up my son immediately when the dog approached him was not really helpful. 2) Claiming the dog was Lisa's emotional support dog after Lisa stated the dog was not hers was not very honest. 3) You have my permission to post the video here. I would if I had access to it, but I will work on getting access to the video in the meantime.
