In the last month I have spent countless hours both in person and on the phone first arranging service installation, having the technician arrive to do said installation and after 15 minutes telling me it couldn't be done and leaving, so NO INSTALLATION, NO EQUIPMENT, NOTHING, then cancelling the order and finally trying to get a refund because a few days later I got a bill for one month's service. I called the manager at the local store who told me that I had to come in and cancel the order in person and to bring the bill with me. I did. I was told that my account had been cancelled and that I didn't have to pay the bill. A couple of days later I discovered that there was a debit to my bank account for the bill! Since then I have made numerous calls to the 800 number trying to get a refund only to discover that they've billed me for another month of NO SERVICE! During these conversations the agents I spoke to assured me that the new billing would be cancelled, that my money would be refunded and that I would receive texts confirming this. When that didn't happen, my calls were disconnected. Great customer service, right? Nothing, absolutely nothing I've been told has proven to be true. I have asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that wasn't possible. Meanwhile I'm out $$$ with nothing to show for it but anger and frustration.
