The worst place to go for any credit repair programs. Super unprofessional!!! They will take your…read moremoney and not produce results. I hope nobody gets their money taken and treated the way I have been treated by this business. Go anywhere else! UPDATE to the comment Maria left: nobody wanted a quick fix. I knew the process. And I was NEVER refunded completely. That is a lie. I was refunded $89 for the second month. Not the down payment $250, not the credit monitoring program that I was charged twice... where are those reimbursement fees? And it wasn't 2.5 weeks later Maria. Get a grip on your lying... or be involved with your customers and their profiles. It was already two and a half months. AND as I re-call... you were good at texting but never making a phone call. And when the phone call came in... I got someone else who was NOT you. Be the "BOSS" and handle your dissatisfied customers. Anyone that would like proof of the money I sent them and what I was reimbursed I will gladly provide statements. And then text my conversations where I asked her numerous times to call me and she would not. Because in her words "nothing would get resolved." Instead of dealing with a dissatisfied customer first she had SOMEONE else call me the next day at 7pm. Which I can also provide proof. In summary, don't waste your time or money to have to go through all of this for a service any other company will be willing to do HAPPILY. Anyone can message me and I have actually found people who feel her office has just dropped the ball in aspects of their business services. I really wish someone would have warned me.

Each quarter I received a statement with additional fees and penalties. Dick Bayne would always tell me not to pay. He would say I didn't owe it. In 2018 the state attached my bank account and took my balance, plus the bank charged me $100 for their inconvenience! Bayne said he would handle it. Two months later the state attached another bank account. After fees and penalties I lost $900. Bayne has refused to back his work or provide an explanation. He won't even answer, or return my calls. Certified tax accountants back their work. I should have only lost the owed tax of $175. Be careful. I trusted them. Now I worry if there will be audits in the future and I will be on my own.

My wife and I looked for a home for over a year. Once we found one we liked, we realized we'd need…read morea lender ASAP since there were offers on the house. We went with our agents recommendation of First Cal, and we were off and running. Given this was our first time buying a home, I didn't realize the importance of your lender. If your loan goes smoothly, you might wonder why you have to pay these people all those fees at closing. However, sometimes paperwork and obtaining a loan isn't a walk in the park. That's when you really want a local lender who is going to take care of your needs. Also, having someone local is good because if you go with a place online, there might be time differences that make communication more difficult. Michael would tell you himself that our loan didn't breeze by his desk with no hiccups. In fact quite the opposite. However, the entire time I was grateful to a local lender who cared about our loan. I know for a fact Michael went well out of his way to make sure our loan was processed. It's likely your home loan will go super smooth. However, just in case it doesn't - I suggest going with First Cal because they will be there if you need them.
