The worst place to go for any credit repair programs. Super unprofessional!!! They will take your money and not produce results. I hope nobody gets their money taken and treated the way I have been treated by this business. Go anywhere else! UPDATE to the comment Maria left: nobody wanted a quick fix. I knew the process. And I was NEVER refunded completely. That is a lie. I was refunded $89 for the second month. Not the down payment $250, not the credit monitoring program that I was charged twice... where are those reimbursement fees? And it wasn't 2.5 weeks later Maria. Get a grip on your lying... or be involved with your customers and their profiles. It was already two and a half months. AND as I re-call... you were good at texting but never making a phone call. And when the phone call came in... I got someone else who was NOT you. Be the "BOSS" and handle your dissatisfied customers. Anyone that would like proof of the money I sent them and what I was reimbursed I will gladly provide statements. And then text my conversations where I asked her numerous times to call me and she would not. Because in her words "nothing would get resolved." Instead of dealing with a dissatisfied customer first she had SOMEONE else call me the next day at 7pm. Which I can also provide proof. In summary, don't waste your time or money to have to go through all of this for a service any other company will be willing to do HAPPILY. Save your money and go to professionals who care. I was not looking for a quick fix. But they do offer you one for only 1200! LOL. The lady Erika (whom i was assigned) was very difficult to work with. I had to constantly reach out to her and hardly EVER got a call or text back. She made me countless promises. She claimed she would help me out (for the bad service she gave) by sending me something in the mail, which never came. She also claimed that she would team up with the ceo and get a better idea with what was going on with a car that i had gotten repossessed (the main reason for paying for this service) and never did. I reached out and explained how unhappy i was that i spent almost a thousand dollars for my credit score to go up only 10 points and the response i got was VERY unprofessional. This went on for weeks via text. Very hard people to get and stat in touch with. Ive also been loyal to the ceo and got my taxes done for YEARS by her. Word spreads fast in a small town and i guess im not the only person that got bamboozled. Side note, i was on disability for almost a year and a half and my first paycheck went to repairing my credit in hopes of creating a better life for myself with a chronic illness. I was very transparent with my situation and they accepted me as a client. They like taking your money! Just check out how successful they all are through Instagram. Dont let it happen to you! As you have mentioned I must have been 3 of those so called 11 audits in the 18 thousand plus taxes JLF has filed for their clients. I must be very unlucky because my 2016, 2017, and 2018 were all audited and adjusted! There is no need to hide behind company policy as everyone knows that's the go to excuse for any company. Sufficed to say that the 9 professionals at your company had plenty of time to respond to my request but I always had to call you and not the other way around that a competent staff would have been able to do and not blame it on the customer stating, "We sent you the EMAIL." but not being able to produce satisfactory proof of said sent email. You said that you could have made and appointment with Maria for me for a fee, but some how that never happen for me even after stating I would pay for the service! As I stated before you have taken on to much by trying to offer too many services to the public and have sacrificed the quality of basic services to customers by not understanding that this is very important in every customers own way to their life!! Really bad service , i went on for MONTHS trying to get ahold of someone through the phone and after so long i finally get in touch through social media ! I gave them my number and i was asked via text msg to give my credit karma password so that they can access all my info so that's exactly what i did , then im told that not all 3 credit bureaus are reported in my credit karma and that it needs to be further checked so in order to be able to move on i was going to have sign up for a credit check app called identity IQ , and i was told that i was only going to be charged a $1 for creating the IQ account , and me desperate to fix my credit , i did as i was told and created the identity IQ account . once i finished doing that i was told by maria that she would get back at me about fixing my problem ... its been weeks now and till this day i haven't heard a damn thing ! She never got back at me with a response or anything and to top it off the other day identity IQ charged me a total of 39$ !!! No one had told me i was going to be charged that much for creating the account ! this is insane ! No professionalism whats so ever . I em not mad about losing 39$ its just the fact they wasted my time and i gave out my info for nothing . I tried to fix my credit through them because of the good reviews i had heard but i didnt have a good experience. DONT GO HERE ! this place needs better communication. Period read more
