The clerk answering the phone calls finally scheduled an appointment with her. Never got a chance to talk to her or got an email back from her until the day of the appointment. She felt very important and arrogant and made me feel horrible. As soon as she saw my w-2s she probably didn't feel sure if she was able to help me out. When I talked to her, she turned me down and made me feel as if I was lying while answering her questions. She suppose to be the professional and the one who knows and should be there to help the inexperienced client, however, she told me that I needed to look for someone else because of the complexity of my taxes. She even told me she had been doing that job for over 20+ years, however, it didn't seem like it. Please be aware and go to professional and trustworthy tax preparer. She was not kind at all, and made me feel so bad since the moment I started talking to her. I felt like hanging up on her as soon as she started making me feel that way but I wanted to be respectful. I'm giving her business, they live because of the clients and to treat them this way speaks badly of her customer service and professionalism.

Spoke with several accounts on basic fee structure for an apples to apples comparison (without mentioning company) they all laughed. They all said I was paying way to much. I pulled my 2008 and 2009 taxes for a review.. WOW... the errors were rediculas. Current accountant ammended my 2008 taxes for an additional 12k savings and only charged me 1/3 the cost BERGERCO did. My 2009 taxes were also reviewed, found many errors. The bill for my S corp and LLC was evenly 1400 each!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Crazy. LLC had zero activity. I asked what there hourly fee schedule was.. evasive answers. no call back.. Kevin Berger said he would cll back.. never did.. NIce office Kevin .. I'm glad my company can help pay for it.
