CSAA was the only facility that readily scheduled me an appointment for Wednesday. Their only day of the week they provide this free service. Pulled into their parking bay and took care of child seat inspection right away. They taught me how to install. Shoulder harness is pulled all out then in a few inches to hear click click sound confirming belt is in lock mode. So when belt is snaked through car seat and locked into latch opposite side then slowly release belt webbing until it is locked tight while you use your knee to sit on seat. Jiggle middle of car seat and should have no play exceeding 1 inch in either direction.

I came in to do a dmv process for an out of state registration & turns out they can only do it when it's convenient to them & not for the customer. They give you a date for an appointment far out so yo have no choice but to go to the dmv. It's always something here, always. Mean while I go to other locations never an issue.
