They did all of that during their busiest time of the year, and I'm in awe of them, since besides being kind to me, I witnessed them being equally kind to very difficult customers, that were for sure having a really bad day. They are doing a scary job for people who need help at a stressful time; I appreciate their effort. It takes a big heart to take people's difficult experiences in, one after the other; I know I couldn't do that job with their grace and warmth. Thank you Lori, Anika and Ivette. Each quarter I received a statement with additional fees and penalties. Dick Bayne would always tell me not to pay. He would say I didn't owe it. In 2018 the state attached my bank account and took my balance, plus the bank charged me $100 for their inconvenience! Bayne said he would handle it. Two months later the state attached another bank account. After fees and penalties I lost $900. Bayne has refused to back his work or provide an explanation. He won't even answer, or return my calls. Certified tax accountants back their work. I should have only lost the owed tax of $175. Be careful. I trusted them. Now I worry if there will be audits in the future and I will be on my own.
