Each quarter I received a statement with additional fees and penalties. Dick Bayne would always tell me not to pay. He would say I didn't owe it. In 2018 the state attached my bank account and took my balance, plus the bank charged me $100 for their inconvenience! Bayne said he would handle it. Two months later the state attached another bank account. After fees and penalties I lost $900. Bayne has refused to back his work or provide an explanation. He won't even answer, or return my calls. Certified tax accountants back their work. I should have only lost the owed tax of $175. Be careful. I trusted them. Now I worry if there will be audits in the future and I will be on my own.

Only options to pay are by debit/credit, Apple or PayPal all of which are connected to my bank account. I went to the local branch and filled out the paperwork to open my daily limit to allow the purchase. Then went back the next day to do the transaction while in the bank to make sure everything went smoothly since I have had multiple issues with large transactions not going through even when filling out the required paperwork. 2 different times I've tried to purchase plane tickets between $3000-$4000 and never been able to use my bank card. This time the VP said absolutely not. She would not allow my card to be opened for such a large transaction even with me doing the transaction while in the bank. Said that the only way such a large amount could be done is through a wire transfer or cashiers check which is not a payment option for Airbnb. I understand it's for protection but that is why I was doing this while in their presence. Airbnb does offer an option to pay half now and the remainder later and I was still told no. I am tired of not being able to access my money when I need it for what I want to use it for. I will be closing my account and I am encouraging my adult children as well as my siblings and parents to close their accounts.
