There have been mistakes on my returns which were prepared late, invoicing was a nightmare with scant information as to how fees were determined, claims of past due payment on invoices I never received or saw despite numerous requests for all invoices, and now I am having trouble getting my past tax returns in a form I can review/open to send to my new accounting firm so they can prepare for my 2021 return.
