When we showed up no one was there. We waited an hour. No one called, emailed, or texted us that no one was coming. I had to make several phone calls to find out what even happened. Finally, when I was able to actually talk to a human, who gave me another number, who gave me another number (the next day) they gave me three different stories as to why no one showed up. Then, they refused to make it right by a discount or any sort or anything to make up for the loss of our time or money. I lost our time and money for nothing. What a terrible response to their admitted fault. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone either. And their website is useless. Their 800 number is almost as useless. What a poorly run company and branch.

She chose him as he had an office in Patterson yet was unable to get an appointment in Patterson and had to go to his office in Modesto. They asked very few questions which resulted in a loss of write offs. At least H&R Block would have saved her a few $$$ in fees!
