The woman who helped us (Jennifer) was very nice, professional, and competent. She also found us some discounts ($100) off our filing fee. It didn't take very long as well, which was nice too. All in all, we would certainly recommend. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is due to location. Not a huge fan of getting our taxes done in a small booth, with only curtains for privacy, surrounded by hundreds of strangers as this was in a Wal-Mart.

We made an appointment to get our taxes done at the Hewitt office/Walmart in Patterson CA. The…read moreappointment was confirmed and we received confirmations by text and email. When we showed up no one was there. We waited an hour. No one called, emailed, or texted us that no one was coming. I had to make several phone calls to find out what even happened. Finally, when I was able to actually talk to a human, who gave me another number, who gave me another number (the next day) they gave me three different stories as to why no one showed up. Then, they refused to make it right by a discount or any sort or anything to make up for the loss of our time or money. I lost our time and money for nothing. What a terrible response to their admitted fault. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone either. And their website is useless. Their 800 number is almost as useless. What a poorly run company and branch.
