I requested to install an 85" TV in the living room with a Sonos sound bar and separate wireless subwoofer. I also bought a PS5 and asked them to install and route the wires. I asked for high quality wires that can handle 4K or higher and they made sure of it and showed me the box/manufacturer of the cables. I did buy an expensive TV mount but they told me that I would be better off buying a cheaper cost mount that extended better and recommended me one from Walmart. They weren't wrong. So I returned the expensive one. I appreciate their expertise and recommendation. They knew that I was very picky on installation details, routing wiring (especially hiding visible wires), mounting location and they did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.

When I asked what plans are available he told me there is only one plan, it is x amount of dollars a month for the internet and x amount of dollars a month for the phone. If you get a discounted phone you don't get free mobile for a year. He told me ignore anything online agents told you because they are all wrong and don't know what they are talking about. I left after ten minutes without resolving the issue I made the appointment for. I would not recommend this store.
