Mike said his guys knew their stuff through their experience with all sorts of installs, but I think he should have also advertised their level of effort. I went over the plan with the guys assigned to the job - Matt and Robert. They helped me tweak it in line with their professional opinion, the reality of the install, and how hide the ethernet runs. To my surprised, they offered to and spent the extra time to create runs inside a smaller attic to mount two of the cameras to leave no visible wiring to the device. Check the pictures for a few of the installs. I've given the cameras a few days to soak test against high load and moderately toasty temperatures outside (Lower conductivity and high data traffic to challenge the install.). So far it has worked pretty darn good on the first go. Beyond the install, Mike and the team respected my decision to acquire and manage my own cameras, poe switches, and VMS. They didn't attempt at all to make any sales pitches but did offer to help me acquire cameras if I needed their assistance to do so. I appreciate all of this because I know doing this kind of work for a residential building doesn't provide the best returns for a business and many have stopped offering wired camera install services - including the low voltage installers for my home! On top of that, they do this at a very reasonable price.

We inherited a complex system, but Eyal made sure that we could work with the system instead of replacing the entire thing (like most national companies had suggested). He took matters into his own hands to resolve issues that stemmed in the process of making the system our own and treated our case with attention and urgency. Ernesto was also a phenomenal tech and took detailed steps to ensure that our security system was up and running smoothly. At a time when many companies cut corners and try to upsell customers, Eyal is a breath of fresh air. We would heartily suggest working with Protection Now to everyone!

I have been a AAA member for 40 years. I have a homeowners insurance policy as well as membership…read morefor towing services also have auto insurance Within these years, I have purchased two batteries and I've had problems with every single one , now I'm on battery number THREE I felt the need to post this because I do not feel like I'm being treated as a valid preferred customer I feel that I am being gouged financially and disrespected by team services and supervisors. In 2021 I purchased a battery from AAA. It came with a six year warranty. It lasted two years. Until I had to replace it due to the battery having leakage so in 2023 the battery was replaced now 2 years and one month later I am having to replace it again with the same problem!!! LEAKAGE This is what they don't tell you if you replace your battery with your six year warranty the replacement will be free because you're under warranty, but if the battery has to be replaced again within your six year warranty, you will be charged prorated for the third battery and lose your warranty and not eligible for a new warranty but yet they keep selling you defaulted batteries that don't last past 2 to 3 years I could have went anywhere to buy a battery, but I bought it here because of the six year warranty and because I'm a member wanting to support a company that I believe in There's something extremely wrong here. It's almost as if it's a switch and bait situation. My warranty would have been up in 2027 which made me eligible for another free battery because of all the defaulted ones they kept giving me but instead, they charged me and informed me that I had no warranty on this third battery so I am now punished because of their defaulted batteries in 2021. AAA had to change companies that they were buying bulk batteries from because they were having continuous complaints on these batteries that were leaking knowing that they selling these to their AAA customers, as I was speaking with a supervisor Liz ID # 505521 always make sure you get their ID number I was trying to explain all my concerns ... what I got was superiority rudeness consistently being interrupted and not heard . and was told that I need to go online to place a complaint , why would I do that if I have the supervisor on the phone she made no sense whatsoever only because I know she had no answer for my concerns of being gouged, misled and unhappy as a AAA member. after 20 minutes of her repeating herself in different ways but ending up meaning the same thing that I would have to buy another battery I got nowhere when asked to speak to her supervisor I was told there was nobody over her that she was the one. Therefore I hung up the phone called back and guess what!! low and behold !! she does have a boss Eric, his ID # 508883 hoping to get answers and some resolve seemed to be an impossible task. Eric was just as rude as Liz but seem to be annoyed about my complaint and had Little to no patience. He was so irritable seem to enjoy talking over you like Liz did maybe that's one of their training tactics to shut us up so that they can get their points across but yet we don't get ours when that did didn't work. He starts to yell that that's where I had to end the call. I guess I am seeing AAA at its finest it is evident they just hire anybody because they all seem to be trained in the same way... sell sell sell no resolve no respect and no gratitude toward there customers If it wasn't for us members, they would have no job at all, but I still feel this Company needs to be thoroughly looked at the Better Business Bureau will be the next step of my complaint as well as Google We all work hard for our money and we should not be paying for something we're not receiving I would also like to point out if you have auto insurance with AAA make sure you look at your declaration page they're always adding something on your policy that you did not ask for I had noticed that they have been charging me for a Service that I did not ask for.

We have had our payments on autopay for the last 10 years and then all of a sudden they told us the payment failed (and we owed fees and they might shut off our service) through text message! We immediately called our bank and there was no problem on our end. We tried to fix the issue online but kept getting pop up errors and then proceeded to spend over two hours in "chatting" online with customer service, only for them to tell us we would have to drive to a physical store to make a payment because they couldn't help us. We drove 20 minutes to this store and upon entry we saw 6 young employees sitting on their phones, except one who was helping a customer. One employee was so bored he was playing with a kendama, trying to catch and balance it on top of things. The employee who asked us what we needed immediately told us that the issue was probably because "their internet is down". Let that sink in. First of all, THEY ARE THE INTERNET! Second of all, if they go down so much that it becomes their employees default answer to everyone's issues, maybe they are in the wrong business. We explained the issue again and he tried looking up our account, only to tell us he was getting the same pop up as us and the people online and he could not fix the problem. We also tried to make a payment while we were there so that we at least didn't have to worry about that, but they told us they could not do that either and we would have to drive to a different city to a "corporate" store and maybe they could help us. We were so pleased and confident in their abilities that we immediately drove the 45 minutes to the next city and.... JUST KIDDING! We went home because it was obvious they did not care and couldn't help. After 2 hours on the phone, transfers from IT to Billing and more, and getting hung up on THREE different times by their customer service agents, I finally got someone named Phillip who actually seemed to comprehend basic English and maybe even care about his job a little. He told us that something went wrong with the payment and they could not fix it but to go to the store and try paying CASH to see if the issue ultimately resets. We returned to this store, made a cash payment and now have no idea what is going on with our account because we still cannot log in without a pop up. We are currently looking at switching to AT&T because going to a physical store to make a cash payment every month is 2025 is insanity.
