    Giant crack in my window

    I started writing this review yesterday and I'm so glad I waited a day. I don't even want to give this a single star honestly. This was single handed the worst experience I've ever had trying to get my car serviced. One of the mechanics was making crude comments about my car and how I take care of it. They had us literally walk next to oil and other hazards in the work area. After two hours they over charged me and sent me on my way. I had a 7 inch crack in my drivers window, and when I got my car back the crack was about 15 inches long due to them slamming my car door. They also fully messed up my power steering. I literally went here for an oil change and car inspection and left with broken power steering a cracked window and being up charged. To top it all off, they didn't give me an inspection paper stating if I passed. My husband called up asking if I had passed, and they straight up told him "they forgot to put it in the system so it doesn't show I ever got inspected" and they very much charged me for the "inspection" My husband went up there today to get my $30 back for my "inspection" and they gave him attitude from the get go. This location fully ruined my car and my trust in mechanics. I am absolutely going to corporate about this and the BBB. I have never written a negative review or felt this strongly in my life. They did not offer to fully comp my oil change or anything. Just gave us $30, an attitude and a broken car. Inserting photos of what my car looks like n

    Took my car for pre purchase inspection and found they were erroneous in telling me it need new struts and brake pads. Was told it was leaking, after taking it two further places I found they were wrong they were fine , what they thought was fluid spray was simply the tire shiner spray used on front of the tires for new cars. They want 1200-1800 for something that was fine. I will never go back I had to get two lug nuts replaces as well as they broke them. Go anywhere else.

    I called this company based on a recommendation from one of our subcontractors, looking for a quote…read moreon cargo insurance. Elona Duell, the agent/broker, answered the phone and the conversation started out nicely. I told her about our business and explained that I was trying to get a quote on cargo insurance and in less than 3 minutes she told me that we should get cargo insurance with our current insurance company, because it would be more expensive to do it separately. Since I already knew that getting insurance with our current company was an option,, I explained again that I was looking for a couple of quotes from different companies, just to weigh our options, so if she could give me a quote that would be great. She then proceeded to talk to me in "insurance" lingo and said it wouldn't make sense to get cargo insurance separately from our current insurance carrier. After asking her a third time for a quote she said, with attitude, "probably $1800 to $2500 annually, with 30% down or something like that." If you want someone to give you information without a condescending attitude and trying to count your money, then I would suggest that you NOT call Elona at Insurance Direct!! No more bad customer service in 2018!!

We cancelled our policy with Nationwide and made our final payment per the online account invoice. Three months later, we received a collections notice for $400. When I emailed Susan Stevens to ask about the notice, she said she had attempted to call me but had never heard back. She and I have exchanged countless emails over the years yet she failed to email me and explain why I still owed $400, she just sent it to a collections agency. Find another insurance company to work with. After twenty years of working with this one, I wasn't even sent a simple email explaining the situation. Imagine how they will be with an actual claim.

I had to contact her 4 times to set up my home owners insurance policy and by the time she finally responded 3 MONTHS later she had the audacity to include "I remember you needing this ASAP"... As Soon As Possible, that's what that stands for, not 3 months later. After other problems I finally spoke with the owner Gary Nobles about the issues and he told me that Susan has never done anything wrong and that I should find a new insurance agent if I was unhappy. GLADLY. My experiences occurred over a period of several years of working with the agency (yes I know I should have moved on) and are unfortunately systemic of the business operated here. If you really wish to risk working with this agency prepare for a slew of problems and to be throw under the bus if you report it by an owner with a complete lack of character.
