I scheduled my appointment and was informed that I should download and print a coupon and save myself about $20 (my car is older, you may get $40 off!) I would not have known, and would have ended up paying full price had he not let me know to do so while I was on the phone. They took care of me in a polite and timely manner. I would guess from the time I walked through the door to the time I drove away was about 30 minutes. It was a smooth running clean operation and I appreciated the timely test!
