We originally found Construction & More through Yelp and reached out about two years ago for an…read moreestimate to update our master bathroom. They provided a very fair quote, but we ended up having to put the project on hold. When we were finally ready to revisit it, they were willing to honor the original estimate, which we really appreciated. This is our first home and the first major renovation project we've undertaken, so we were a little apprehensive going into the process. We ultimately decided to expand the project into a full remodel, and even with the additional scope, the updated price remained very reasonable and close to what we had originally expected to spend. Once the project started, everything moved quickly and smoothly through each phase. Communication was timely and responsive, which helped keep the project moving efficiently from start to finish. Tony, the foreman, and his team were extremely detail-oriented and did exceptional work. The craftsmanship really shows in the finished bathroom. Everything looks carefully installed and precise, and the tile work in particular is incredibly clean. We're extremely happy with how the bathroom turned out and with the overall experience, especially for our first major home project. We would use them again for future projects and highly recommend them.

After reaching out to several bathroom remodelers on Yelp, we decided to go with Constructions and…read moreMore. Their quote was detailed and competitive, closely matching the other estimates we received. Avi, the project manager, thoroughly explained each step of the remodeling process, which gave us confidence moving forward. We stayed in regular contact via WhatsApp, making it easy to ask questions and share updates. Their designer, (Elinor), provided valuable recommendations, assisted with shopping, and created a 3D design that helped us visualize the final outcome. Impressively, the finished bathroom closely matched the design, which was a major factor in our decision to choose Constructions and More. Joseph, the foreman, and his team were professional, respectful, and kept our home clean throughout the project. They did an excellent job handling everything from electrical and plumbing work to tiling and fixture installation. They also managed all the necessary permit inspections with the city. Added finished photo with the 3D Render. We are extremely pleased with the final results of our bathroom remodel and would definitely hire them again.

Eric the owner is knowledgeable and professional but unfortunately their dedication and attention to us and the quality of their work dramatically declined after a few months. Not just quality of work, but communication, transparency, dedication and more. We had them work on several projects on our house including a couple of bathrooms, stairs and walls which we were mostly happy with although we had to micromanage a lot of their work, shoddy craftsmanship and continually chase after them. But the last major project, a big walk in closet rebuild was where the biggest nightmare came in where they charged us a lot of money and did incredibly low quality work. We hired a structural engineer for them to follow the plans and they agreed to do it but they didn't even come close to following the plans or the outlined contract. How do we know...because ...We had several LEAKS and when we opened up the walls we saw that they cut corners on almost everything including major structural framework. Not only violating the contract but leaving us unsafe. The project manager/foreman was virtually absent during all of this part of the project and frankly I'm not sure if he knew too much about construction and building codes. People they hire are not all that experienced, it seems, so if they are not being watched by a foreman who knows what's going on, they mickey mouse low quality work throughout the project (we saw this with other parts of the other projects we worked with them as well, where we had to continually follow up and micromanage all of their work.) We had to hire several other contractors and inspectors to redo their shabby work which ended up costing us a lot of money, time, and stress. (In their defense, they did attempt to rectify some of the work but it was only after a fight and a fraction of what they were contracted to do). This was disappointing because not only did it cost us a lot of money and unimaginable stress but it felt like a betrayal since we had been working with them for so long and we felt a real connection with them and their team, only to be disrespected and betrayed in the end.

They were able to find the exact spot and seal it as well as replacing all the rotten wood we had around the chimney. Finally no more pots and pans for us! From start to finish, they maintained professionalism and kept fluid communications during the construction and remodeling process. You need to start brainstorming of what u want, but they help with ideas too! They suggested a sun tunnel in our hallway, best decision ever-- so much natural light in our house. They suggested bifold closet doors-- saves so much space. You have your ideas of ur new home, but they tweak it to make it better! Love it. On day of demo, we met Jerry, Luis, Jonathan, and Joshua. Jerry and Luis were on top of communication and kept everything on schedule. Jonathan and Joshua were our main guys. They worked every day. They helped with moving our boxes into the storage bin, then started the demo process. How fun was it to see our house completely gutted out in less than one day.. wow. They revamped our home with a stunning remodel--new kitchen, new bathroom, transformed hallway closet space to a new powder room, broke down walls to create a bigger space for our living area, new flooring, complete electrical rewire, new recess lighting with dimmers in all rooms, new attic storage, new closets, new windows, and fresh paint. Everything feels sleek, modern, and functional. Not to mention... we now have an awesome new movie room too! The kids are loving it. Walking into our house now feels like stepping into a brand-new home! The whole process took about 3 months... from demo, to materials pick up, to permits, clean up removal, repaint. At the end, there's a final walk-thru to make sure they didn't miss anything. U pretty much point it out and they will come fix it! My family and I were impressed. After a string of disappointing experiences with two previous contractors--and speaking with over 20 others--we were understandably hesitant to move forward with anyone new. Hiring Kenny was a turning point. Not only did he restore our confidence, but he also exceeded every expectation. It's no fun fixing another contractor's mistakes, but Kenny tackled the job with patience, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to getting things right. He was always kind, mindful, and empathetic toward our past frustrations. He treated our home with respect, never left trash behind, and ensured his crew was just as professional--even down to small details like not misusing the bathrooms, which had been an issue before. One standout example of Kenny's dedication: his team spent ten days meticulously sanding and correcting major paint drip issues on our baseboards and refining the precision paintwork around all door trims--without complaint or frustration. If we had to sum it up, Kenny turned our house into a home we truly love and enjoy. We couldn't recommend him enough to any homeowner looking for peace of mind, exceptional quality, and very reasonable pricing!
