I tried numerous times but had no success…read more-- it would start to close but after just a couple of feet of motion it halted and returned leaving my garage door open. At 6:10 pm last night I called A Team Garage Door and was surprised that my call didn't go to voicemail but to a real person who was very helpful. I asked if they would work me into their schedule for the next day. To my surprise, one of their technicians, Patrick Lonnigan, called me about 10 minutes later and asked if I wanted him to come by last night to see if he could identify the problem. He arrived very soon after and immediately identified the problem and fixed it. I was impressed with both his expertise and ability -- he adjusted the sensors that alert the closer if something is in the way. It took no more than a half hour, and I thought he was first rate in his abilities to analyze a problem and find a solution. I highly recommend them. And, i should mention that the A Team home office called me at 10 pm last night to make sure everything was taken care of. I'd give them six stars if that was an option.

I had three contractors offer to get the work done on Friday, but Sean was the only one who said he would be there first thing Friday am so we chose his Company. Unfortunately Sean texted on Friday and apologized that he did not have the parts, and would have to come Monday, three days later. This of course meant I had to go back to the other vendors, and was not able to get the work done until Saturday. Sean was very apologetic, and it sounds like it was a mistake, but he still did not offer to come over and help get my cars out of the garage to at least allow me to have them for the holidays, which would have been the right thing to do.
