Unfortunately my house has 3 or 4 kinds of carpet and the price to clean the viscose and silk was very high so I just cleaned the other types. But kudos to them for letting me know. Otherwise I would have potentially ruined the carperts. It all took about an hour. He wore shoe covers inside the house. The 2 downsides were 1) It took much longer than 6-8 hours to dry (actually about 48 hours). This is perhaps because it was a rainy week so the humidity was high and 2) Their main dripped so it left a small puddle of water wherever it was stationed, one on my vinyl floors and the other on a piece of carpet I wasn't getting cleaned. They really know what they are doing. A couple small things here and there and I would give them 5 stars.

It was in pretty bad shape- needed to be washed, cut, sheared, etc. A few folks I called stopped by and saidI may be better off buying a new rug. They quoted astronomical rates and said it still might not come out great. When Shahram stopped by and quoted less than half of what anyone else did I was skeptical and figured it would be lower quality service but thought I might as well go w the cheaper option since it may be beyond saving. Super happy I did. The customer service was unbelievable, they did the job incredibly quickly and i was blown away by the results. I could not recommend them more.

Once I decided on where to cut, I was told it would be about 10 days until it was finished. I was pleasantly surprised when I got an email saying it was ready 5 days later! The rug is beautiful. When I told him I had a friend who loved the rug so much she wanted it, he made a little rug out of the leftovers--so sweet! I would definitely use their services again and bring the rug to AAA for cleaning in the future.

I booked the earliest appointment which gave 2.5 hours to do my 5 seater couch and a rug. They state they give a 2 hour arrival window to account for traffic and previous appointments ending late, however, I booked the earliest time to avoid this. The technician only had time to do my couch before I had to leave to go to work and they let me know they would refund me for running out of time to do the rug. I reached out to them three times about this refund and each time they said it was refunded and it was not. We are now 4 months later and still no refund. Won't be using the service again as they insist you pay before they even to do the job.

The technician spilled or dumped water on my wood floors and RH wool rug, then used an upholstery vacuum to clean it up, which scratched the floor and damaged the rug. He left piles of crumbs and wrappers behind instead of cleaning up after himself, and moved furniture without putting anything back. To make matters worse, he asked for a tip and a 5-star review before leaving, which made me very uncomfortable, especially as a woman alone in the home. I reported everything to management, and while they initially claimed they would address the damage and situation, they have since ignored my follow-ups. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company due to their poor handling of property, lack of professionalism, and dismissive customer service
