Cleaner called an hour before arrival, reviewed the site and discussed the price. Initial steam cleaning for the living room/dining room and hallway was one price. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return. Midweek they called with a definite return trip. Cleaner re-cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the results! Saved us a lot of time!

Working alone from home during the pandemic, I had recently moved to New York, only to find my couch stained by the moving company. Despite the company's high rating, the technician's behavior was concerning. Initially friendly and professional, the technician's accent made it difficult to understand him clearly. I had a line me chair that also needed to be cleaned but he said it couldn't be. His explanation however shocking as he mentioned that linen could not be professionally cleaned, recounting a personal anecdote of sexual fluids from his girlfriend about his own linen couch stain. Feeling uncomfortable, I made excuses to avoid conversation but he insisted to show me the phone with pictures of his couch. He kept staring at me trying to see my reaction but I quickly excused myself and reached out to a coworker to call me immediately providing a sense of support during the encounter.
