He continued to provide informative updates throughout the service and, upon completion, carefully reviewed the work performed and answered all questions. Darnell and Erick also took and shared photographs that clearly documented the condition of the ductwork and evidenced the work completed. Sanitizing the individual duct/vents was added ($25 extra for each vent) to the originally quoted package which he said only includes sanitizing the main duct, but I wanted that done after seeing the mold build-up on the vent registers. He also helped taking out the moldy vent registers because it's probably better just to replace than trying to clean them. Overall, glad we did the cleaning, though I wish it was clearly stated the vent sanitizing was NOT included in the quote, because the quote just said "...air duct cleaning includes up to 15 supply vents and returns, two main duct per single unit, sanitizer (to prevent mold growth)..." A little update: Later through the check-in with the owner, the owner Nick answered all my questions, told me how to maintain, and that we won't need to do a cleaning again until a few years later. Also after hearing my concern about the mold on the registers, he said the registers needed to be thrown out and replaced, but the ducts behind the vents themselves didn't have mold so didn't have to be sanitized, even though it was my request to sanitize them. I was told main duct/trunk sanitization is what they usually do and individual duct/vent sanitization is not a recommended practice actually. He offered to refund the extra charge for the vent sanitization that I didn't need. I appreciate that honesty and accountability.

I was getting massively ripped off by the other service vendors. These guys took their time to go through each and every vent and return duct to document the before and after videos. They cleaned each part of our A/C and heating duct work leaving it spotless. I suffer from allergies and we maintain a spotless home. The price was very fair and the service provided should be a lesson to their competition. I highly recommend these guys. The change and improvement was immediately noticeable. Don't be fooled by a large and loud vacuum that others use and demand to see the before and after of the work performed. If your other vendor finishes the job in less than 4-5 hours for a medium sized home, you have just been ripped off.

The appointment had a two-hour window (12-2) and instead I got a vague text at 10:10 that they were on their way. I don't live at the property so that did not help with planning and if I would have left at that time, I would have been waiting an hour in my car. An hour later, I received a call that they arrived, an hour early mind you, so I told them I would need 15 minutes to get there and was told "not to get upset" even though I was stating it in a calm and matter-of-fact way. Secondly, as far as the service is concerned, scare tactics were used to try to upsell me on a $50 special dryer vent cover (using a dirty one with regular holes) and trying to tell me that I would get condensation and ceiling damage if I had a clog. He tried to charge me another $60 to clean a tiny layer of lint at the bottom of an older dryer, and when I didn't want to pay that fee (more than 50% of the original cleaning), was told that "maybe your father is handy and he can do it," to which I replied that I can do that myself. What does my father have anything to do with it when I'm a 30-something year old woman? Would he have sold a 30-something year old male that father comment too? Highly uncalled for. Third, to drum up additional business, he told our tenants that their AC ducts were dirty and needed cleaning and sent them into a panic that the entire unit was bad (that was a very fun mess to deal with after).
