I just used A2B movers this past weekend. If it were possible to give them 10 stars, they'd get it. I was thoroughly impressed with this company from start to finish. First, their responsiveness to the quote request was fast and the price was reasonable. And they responded just as quickly to every follow-up question. One of their competitors I was seriously considering based on their reviews took "2- Days" to get back to me with a quote, and nearly 24 hrs to respond to every additional question. But A2B responded promptly every time. Anyway, upon viewing A2B's very reasonable quote, I was automatically set up with a free online account on their website. This helped streamline everything... we decided to go with them and EVERYTHING went without a single hitch. There were no surprises or last-minute gouging tactics. And they even somehow kept the move date we wanted available, even though we took our sweet time deciding after receiving their quote. Our move date was a couple of weeks out and we were very busy... but we received an automatic reminder of the move date, arrival time, and cost estimate from them via email a few days before the move. With a link back to their website if we wanted to change anything or speak with someone about the scheduled move. This was very reassuring that they were on top of things. Then when our move-day arrived they were scheduled to be there between 9 am -11 am. They arrived at 10 am. Three young guys who were courteous, professional and friendly. And man, were they FAST! As well as careful with our belongings, and apparently highly skilled at moving furniture without a scratch or nick. Besides the furniture for a 2-BR apt, we also had about 65 boxes...OMG, so much crap! But in 2 hrs those guys had everything on the truck and ready to go. Same thing when we got to the new apartment. These guys had estimated the move at 5 hrs including drive time, and that's EXACTLY what it turned out to be... no surprises. Bottomline: A2B Movers were professional, highly competent and accommodating. The movers were hard working, intelligent and articulate. Overall great experience with Andrew, Akrom, Erkin. Very nice crew and very meticulous in wrapping up furniture and loose ends I didn't get around to packing. Because of this it took some time. Not sure that's a fault or not . We don't have nice furniture so seemed a bit unnecessary for us, but some may really appreciate that. We used A2B twice last month: Ali and Iman helped us move out of our storage unit, and Anton, Erzhan, Nurbol, and Yarik moved us between residences. Both times, the movers were professional, prompt, and efficient. For the latter move, we found A2B's pack-on-the-go service to come extremely handy. We packed up as much of our apartment as we could, but started to get overwhelmed with space and time constraints. Fortunately, on our move day, Anton's crew was able to swoop in and finish packing up our kitchen, closets, bookshelves, and other remaining items in a few hours. They also wrapped and protected our furniture, and readily brought heavy items up 2 flights of stairs at our new residence. We have quite a bit of stuff -- and everything arrived labelled and in one piece. Additionally, we found the pricing to be transparent and the booking process and coordination with Jeff to be smooth. Wow. Just wow. These guys are incredible. They arrived at my little house on the wettest, rainiest, most miserable Saturday of the year, super cheerful and ready to move stuff at 8:30am. My boyfriend ran out to pick them all up some coffee, and by the time he returned, the truck was packed and they were ready to roll. THE WHOLE HOUSE. We were amazed. We had to make two stops to pick up some additional items in storage and we even threw some other items they weren't expecting - on top of navigating through some pretty low trees. I am giving 5 stars even though there were some problems because the manager was very responsive and refunded me the purchase price for items the movers broke. I really appreciated it as legally he inly had to give me 60 cents per pound and I would have lost hundreds of dollars. They dud not ask me for a review and I am not being compensated for it. I have a lot of very expensive furniture and gym grade gym equipment for a home gym. I was nervous as its all heavy and despite being in a smaller condo I knew it was lot of stuff. I asked for 4 experienced guys so it would be faster and they wouldn't be over taxed and hopefully there would be no breakage. I also wanted a big truck so everything would fit. They didn't charge for a lot of things competitors quoted me - like paid breaks, double time after a certain number of hours, driving to my start location and from my end location. No deposit. Rates were competitive. Unfortunately 1 guy broke his leg the day before. So they came on time but 1 man down and didn't notify me. They were all 3?nice, polite and over all hard working. Able had the best technique- got the dolly down wood stairs with heavy boxes or furniture without loud noise/banging or damage. The others didn't quite have his technique but were very nice. Broke my sit to stand glass desk which i need due to injury from car accident so this sucked for me. It is sold out and i needed it for work in 3 days and ordering a different desk took weeks for delivery and working without it aggravated my neck injury and i missed work. So it was more than a minor inconvenience for me . However.. They were honest and came and told me right away and refunded the money I paid for it from the price of the move. unfortunately they left some glass in the curb and my HOA cited me. They accidentally broke a box of expensive dishes but also promptly refunded me the about $300 to replace them when I discovered. I suspect if the 4th guy was there these things may not have happened as they probably got very tired out after almost 11 hours. Towards the end I think they wanted to just get out and go home (which I understand, it was a long day) so I didn't ask them move a few things to their proper location that otherwise I would have wanted them to do. I already felt bad as I had them wait to leave until I could find almost everything from my inventory of boxes/items as I had experienced theft of some very expensive personal items on a previous move (not with these movers) . So .. I want to be honest with my review of the problems, but also all of the things that went well. The fact the manager was nice, polite and refunded damage went a long way. I walked away thinking it was an ethical company , hard workers and most things went right. read more

We had a great experience with A2B movers they worked with us to come up with an economical quote and it was accurate. We spent how much we expected (unlike other movers that low ball the upfront quote and then you end up paying a lot more). They even helped us to lay down rugs under beds and build up our Ikea beds that wasn't in original scope but for into the allotted time. read more

I've had the misfortune of having to move about 3 times now in the past 2 years but A2B has made each move less painful. I've never had any issues with the team showing up on time or transferring my items. They treat everything with the utmost care during the moving process. With hourly workers you expect them to take as much time as possible but these guys were total opposite. Price was less than I expected because of the short drive time meaning no double time cost for driving. They even helped me pick up a chair I bought from a neighbors house down the street which was out of there way and up stairs.
