They had to back up to the box truck and tilt the bed up to be level with the box truck. Then we winched the embroidery machine onto the tow truck, then tilted the bed down to roll off the embroidery machine. Lauren was fast and professional. I would highly recommend them for any type of move. PS, I have discovered that there are many brokers out there that are representing multiple tow truck companies. They typically charge way more than dealing direct. Loural is not a broker and their rates are very reasonable.

They sent a driver, who took one look and said his dolly wouldn't work, then left me stranded in the middle of the street. They then charged me a $225 cancellation fee. I protested, but they charged my card anyway. It seems they were more interested in the $750 estimate for getting me off the road than in helping me.

My AAA Road Service would not cover. Only tow to a repair place. I posted a request for towing on Yelp. 5 responses would not help, or not that type of business. Vasquez Towing came to my rescue. The dispatcher answered my request and the tow man, Doug, was very patient. He looked under the hood. At first, he thought it was the starter. He had me test each adjustment he made. And concluded it was the battery. Probably because I had my emergency lights on too long. Doug charged my battery (replacement not needed), and my car started. He tested gear shifting and movement. Doug was successful and I made it home safely. I praise Vasquez towing for being professional, accommodating, and quick to respond. And Doug was friendly, helpful, and made sure I was okay to drive with no issues. AAA wouldn't help me, not a good response from other companies, but Doug and Vasquez Towing came to my rescue. ,I give Vasquez Towing a well-deserved high-5!

I called Tesla Roadside only to find out that they don't do tire repairs anymore so I decided to shop around Yelp. That is where Wallys Towing quickly responded to me with a competitive quote. I called to tell them that I was ready now for a flat tire repair and it turned out they were already in my area. They came to my apartment complex and did the service there quickly and efficiently. They put air in both my tires too to clear the alerts on my dash/app. I had family coming in town later in the day so I was happy with the quick turnaround on this job. Thanks again!

I had the most amazing car service experience ever with A&J Towing. While driving my Tesla to San…read moreFrancisco, we drove over a screw. We heard the rhythmic thumping and pulled over. I was despondent - no other word for it. The following day was the first day of a sales event I had been planning for months. I had no idea how I was going to manage getting to the event and dealing with my tire with Tesla. I can't begin to describe the anxiety I was feeling. After 35 exhausting minutes texting with Tesla service, the solution they came up with was to tow me 20 miles in the opposite direction of my home, leave the car there for service the following day, and have no solution for getting me back to my house. I told them forget it, I'm calling AAA. I submitted the service request on line and was crestfallen when I saw it was going to take another hour and a half before someone got to me. I struggled to get a live AAA person on the phone to see if they could help. When I did get someone on the phone, she said, my service tech, Khalil, will be there in 17 minutes. WHAT?! I didn't see the app had updated. I started texting with the person at A&J Towing in San Francisco. She kept me updated as 17 minutes had passed and no Khalil. He was stuck in traffic. When he showed up (okay 5 minutes felt like an eternity), I told him I had a bolt in the tire and could drive the car on to the flat bed. He then said, oh, I can have you out of hear in 10 minutes. WHAT?! Khalil looked at the screw and said, it's positioned perfectly and could fix it. He repaired the hole in less than 10 minutes, and we were ready to go. I was concerned about driving on a slightly deflated tire, and he assured me it would be okay to drive on the freeway. He offered to follow us to the gas station, but at this point Khalil had earned my trust. We came home, and my hubby looked at the repair. He took it to the gas station to even out the air pressure. I made it to my event without any other problems. I have been singing the praises of Khalil. Khalil fixed everything!

I had an outstanding experience with AAA and the remarkable tow truck driver, Khalil Habash. From…read morethe moment he arrived, Khalil was incredibly sharp and quickly identified that the starter was definitely dead after his initial attempt to jump-start the car. Because his tow truck couldn't fit under the low ceilings of the Stonestown parking garage, Khalil expertly coasted my immobile car down the garage inclines, ensuring it remained safe and under control as we brought it out to the street. Initially, I had considered having Khalil tow my car to my home, but it quickly became clear that this would have been impractical since I had no plans for repairs. Khalil wisely suggested towing the car directly to A & J Automotive, where it could be repaired promptly and efficiently. This thoughtful recommendation proved to be a game-changer, sparing me the hassle of finding a repair shop on my own and necessitating a second towing job. What truly stood out was Khalil's dedication and thoughtfulness. After we dropped the car off at A & J Automotive, Khalil even gave me a ride home, despite his shift having ended and the pouring rain. His commitment to my comfort made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. The next morning, Farah at A & J Automotive confirmed the diagnosis and repaired the starter at a fair and reasonable price, which I verified through my own research. Thanks to Khalil's thoughtful recommendation, my car is now fixed and back on the road, saving me time and hassle.
