The salesperson, David, tried his best to help but overpromised on what could be delivered, and the onsite foreman was not professional, always on his phone or standing around. The original contract included paver installation and two fences for $36,500. WAYYYYYYY OVERPRICED come to find out after the fact. The scope of work included the installation of 1,500 sq ft of pavers and two fences (Work included moving pool filter equipment) and installing pavers in the expanded driveway and around the pool to the boundary walls. I filed a complaint with the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) because besides the site foreman being unprofessional and rude, the workers were consuming alcoholic beverages onsite and constantly on their phones (all captured on camera). Items of complaint: 1) They demolished the wrong wall, which was not replaced to its original condition after SEVERAL Facetime calls, texts, and conversations. **Update-David finally had a different crew fix the wall. 2) They did not compact or level off the ground after we pointed out the unevenness, which still has not occurred under the pavers. **Update-David and his manager had a different crew pull up the pavers and level out and angle the pavers towards the drains-not perfect but adequately. 3) The pavers are uneven, were cut haphazardly, and are visually unbecoming. **See prior update. 4) The pavers do not slope to the installed drains. **Update-Redone to slope better, still have some areas that pool water/do not drain. 5) They were contracted for 7 drains but only installed 4. 6) The work promised to install the back fencing included movement/relocation of the pool heater slab and pool filter but was not completed as promised (Said his crew was not able to do it); we had to contract/pay an outside contractor to move the equipment-pool filter, filter plumbing, and slab for them to complete the fencing in the back. 7) Their lack of care damaged the perimeter wall in the pool area at the base and debris caked the bottom of my pool requiring extra cleaning.**Update-David paid for pool cleaning out of his pocket. 8) The drain they installed exits in the front yard grass area which will flood in the event of heavy rainfall. On top of all of these issues, they left trash and debris in the back yard and on the sidewalk outside, and on the street, they blocked our driveway with debris; they were wasteful of materials and then claimed to "run out" of the materials they needed to complete the jobs. The job was promised verbally to be completed in two to three days, and the project is still incomplete after a month. Granted, because we had to have our pool contractor come to move the equipment and the plumbing, there was a week's delay in their work, they still have not made the required repairs. **Update-Repairs to the pavers made enough to pass as adequate. Not the best work but I can love with it. I have learned a lesson to read ALL reviews before hiring a contractor. read more

My Personal Experience - Please Read Before Working With Them I have still not recieved the call or text from oren to complete the job. This is based on my own experience only, but I strongly recommend going somewhere else. I would not work with Oren Kirshenboim or "D" again. Our original agreement was only for window replacement, and we were told everything would be covered under one loan. Instead, the project expanded into additional work (painting, etc.) and somehow turned into three separate loans. They were fully aware of our work schedules and even met with us at our workplace. Later, we started receiving repeated calls claiming paperwork wasn't signed -- even though we had already signed everything and explained that multiple times. Despite that, the calls continued to the point of feeling like harassment. They also spoke to my dad, who has COPD and heart failure, after I specifically told them not to talk to him if he is outside. Another week later, they told my dad they were going to put a lien on our home. I called immediately and reminded them again that all documents were signed and that the job still wasn't finished. One of the windows was still incomplete. And do not speak to my dad. He said he would call back. He didn't. I later texted for an update, and he apologized and said someone would reach out to finish the work. I told him to text me so I could ensure we'd be available. Once again, no one ever contacted us, and the job was never completed. Based on my experience: They were unreliable We were given multiple loans, not one as promised The job was never fully completed The communication became harassing They did not follow boundaries or instructions Please consider choosing someone else. Do Not Let This Company Into Your Home - High-Pressure Sales and Misleading Tactics If I could give zero stars, I would. While the actual gutter work was fine, the experience with this company was one of the worst we've ever had. My main advice: --Do not let them in your house. --Do not sign anything. --Never make a financial decision the same day it is presented to you. Summary: They refused to leave our house for 2 hours and pulled tactic after tactic to try to make us sign a $20,000 contract on the spot and lied to try to get us to sign up for a personal loan. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We originally hired this company because they came to our door claiming they were already working in the neighborhood and had "leftover material" to install gutters at a discount but that we couldn't tell our neighbors about it (sketchy). The price was low enough although we had nothing to compare it to, so we went for it, and the actual gutter work was fine (done quickly and holding up nicely after two big rainstorms) (cost was I think $1,300 or so, definitely less than $2,000). However, the nightmare started after the job was done. The day after the job was complete, our point of contact called several times insisting they wanted to meet me, the wife, in person with their boss, who is the owner's son, to "say hello" and "make sure I liked the work." I said no--it felt scammy and my husband had happened to deal with them the whole time because it all happened so quickly. My husband, being kind and from the South, assumed they were just doing good business, felt bad saying no to the original point of contact that was very kind, and agreed to let them stop by. This was a huge mistake. The project that they pressed us on was our bathroom. We simply wanted to repaint a small bathroom and swap out the vanity, looking to spend maybe $3,000 at the MOST. They tried selling us a $20,000-$35,000 remodel. This wasn't surprising, but obviously we said no, that is not what we are going for and who has an extra $20,000 to spare. Even if we did, we would want to use it on another part of the house such as our really old roof. What followed was the most infuriating, high-pressure, manipulative sales pitch of our lives. They asked to use our restroom, got inside our house, asked for water, and then refused to leave even when we told them we had to go. They used every aggressive sales tactic imaginable, pretending to "call their boss" for a better deal, dramatically knocking down the price over and over, making it seem like they had to "pause work on a nearby house" to do our project (aka forcing a decision on the spot). *****They claimed that they would have to stop the project on a nearby house in order to use the labor and bring them over to our house to get stuff done but that we had to sign today (aka "we're working on a house in the neighborhood and can do this for you at a discount if you agree to do it RIGHT NOW") which is actually the same tactic they used on us for the gutters.***** While our original point of contact literally begged his boss in front of us, making the entire situation extremely uncomfortable, saying things like "please boss, give them a good deal, they are good people." The boss, in turn, put down his own employee for not offering a deal sooner, even though we had already been told about it. The boss was berating the original guy in front of us and we defended him a bit saying, "he did tell us about this" in order to get him to stop. At first, they presented this "deal" as a "government funding for new homeowners" program which sounds reasonable to us. ****When we looked at the paperwork, we realized it had nothing to do with government funding at all, it was just a credit application for a personal loan. They misrepresented financing in a way that felt completely deceptive.**** In order to politely get them out, we repeatedly told them we do not make multi-thousand-dollar decisions in one day, and that only made them push harder. It took two hours of us saying no before I literally had to put their water cups in the sink and physically walk them out. The process of us attempting to walk them out took over 30 minutes. Within the first hour it was clear that we would never work with them again, not because of their work, but because of their manipulative tactics, and their complete lack of respect for our time. ****If a company will not let you take 24 hours to "think about it," they do not have your best interest in mind.**** Now, a few months later, they are calling us saying it was "time to certify our warranty," acting as though this was something we had already agreed to. In reality, certifying the warranty just means selling us a warranty and is a way for them to get back to our house to upsell additional services. I strongly advise against ever working with them. read more

All in 1 Remodeling handled 3 "BIG" projects in under 3 1/2 weeks. They painted the exterior of our house, replastered our 26,000 gallon 13ft deep pool and replaced all the tiles and they did all of our roof again 27 years it had never been replaced it was time and they suggested to do turf in the rear yard since our grass was just not looking good we had gofer issues happening and 4 dogs ! We couldn't be happier with the work Our home looks like a brand new house it's Beautiful. They were on top Of everything and I mean EVERYTHING. They have specific teams designated for each type of work which is how they can accomplish such a big task in such a short time. The work crew they have is professional, on time, they take care of everything moving patio furniture closing off all windows and fans and any part of your home that could be damaged from them painting over it by accident EVEN YOUR CARS if they are parked on the driveway and in front of the house !!! But the person who I have to personally say is amazing at his job is RYAN "Yarin" he was our initial contact he came to our home he saw what we needed to have done, what we wanted to have done and what we could afford to do. He never pressured us into anything he made suggestions that could work. He's a GEM and All in 1 Remodeling is lucky to have him as their Rep. I highly recommend All in 1 Remodeling if you're looking to fix up your house. Our next tackle will be the inside and we just need to wait a little bit but we will definitely be using them for our kitchen, bath and garage conversion remodels. read more

This is my second review of this business. After a first review, yes a 1 star review for unwanted door to door solicitation, they offered a discount for their services. Yep, that desperate for customers. This was about 7 months ago. Today, another door to door solicitor from All in 1 Remodeling. This one slipped advertisement inside my security screen door. as you can see in the first photo, these is a "No Soliciting" sign clearly posted. It is obvious this "company" does not care about the wishes of the neighborhood, where they are attempting to get work from. read more

Oh boy did I have issues with them. First, very pushy sales tactics. I did eventually agree to a rear concrete patio. I expressed interest in pavers, but they were $1000-2000 more expensive. They then said they would be willing to do the pavers for the concrete price, so I agreed. So far, so ok. The team of 3 showed up to do the pavers, unannounced, just walked into the backyard without saying anything. I talked to them best I could, because none of them spoke English. They began laying the sand base, but did not break up the concrete pad that was at the base of the door, nor did they dig down at all to make the pavers more flush with the ground. They laid the pavers, but I noticed the size of the pad looked too small from what I ordered. I called the boss I ordered with, and he said they knew the right size and were doing it right. Nope. The dimensions were off by 2 feet wide and 5 feet long. The patio was also crazy high and there was a noticeable step down from the patio to the yard. They also broke the trim of my 12ft sliding glass door. I expressed my concerns to my contact, Matan, who stated he would inspect it. They inspected it and determined it needed to be redone. The same 3 people came out and removed the perimeter and expanded it. Problem was, they did not compact the whole space, so it was very obvious where the expansion was, which was not level or flush with the original layout. They reinspected it, determined it needed to be done AGAIN. So, the same 3 guys came out, tore it all out, and reinstalled it again, breaking up the concrete pad and making it closer to the yard. It's still look less than perfect, but I'm tired of having them redo the same work, so it'll do. Now to fix the door. They said they would fix it. They sent someone to see the damage. A month later, they sent another person. That second person has a hard time understanding English, so there was confusion as to when she could come over. I have a big dog and work during the day, so the dog is outside. I told the inspector she was NOT ALLOWED to go into the backyard without me there. I even locked the gate. Well she decided to show up anyway and 1) entered my neighbors backyard first, thinking it was mine and 2) tried to enter my yard which was locked. My wife was not happy. We eventually rescheduled and she took measurements and said it would take a month to fix the door. For some reason, they sent a THIRD inspector to check the door and take measurements again. Whatever, they measured and left. Now, they told me they wanted to just offer me a "settlement" to reduce the price from 6500 to 4000 and not fix the door. Fine, I'll take it and fix it myself. Well one of the managers comes to my house for the settlement and there is a mix up on how the payment is to be done. I initially set up financing, but now they want it all in full on a check. I tell them I don't have a check, so the manager says they'll figure it out and leaves. I started this on July 3rd. It is now October 25. I wanted a 12'x23' patio and that's it. This company is a mess in terms of communication, action, review, and quality control. Do not use them. Update 11/05/24 The company saw the review and scheduled an appointment to meet with me last week. They missed that appointment. We rescheduled for today. Met with them today, they fixed the financing issue and offered me $200 off the bill to delete this review. The review is still up. I hired a company (Touch Up Docs) to fix the door. They responded fast and fixed it perfectly! UPDATE 12/19/24: I met with another company employee who walked through the project with me and asked if there was anything else I needed. I said there wasn't, so I expected that was the last of our correspondence. Then, I received an email from the company on Dec. 16. I was told they wanted to offer me $1,000 for the inconvenience. So, I met with Edwin yesterday (12/18/24). He gave me a check and asked me if I was going to edit this review. I said I would. This is the edit. They have sent out a number of people to my house, multiple customer service reps, and gave discounts, and money back for the project. I will let you decide if they are genuinely concerned for the welfare of their clients, or want to quiet down negative reviews. I also received a text today saying the purpose of the settlement ($1,000) was to clear up the review. I didn't agree to removing the review and it doesn't not say, in the paperwork or email I received, that the review would be removed as settlement. read more

Meaning come give me a quote. Not start the job and you're hired. So The two guys that came in, were very cocky and quoted me about 3 times higher than the previous estimate I got. I Stated for them to give me an estimate in writing he was hesitant and said he would send a care package with fruits and chocolates and it would come in the mail. As he started to walk off. This is def not the kind of company you want to hire. They definitely were laughing at us. Definitely not professional and if these are the types of people hired to work for this company. It started with a random knock on the door from a salesperson who was working in the neighborhood. Really nice kid and it was a great experience. We just moved and were planning on doing a lot of work in our backyard, so we made an appointment for the following Sunday at 1:00 to have them come out. The next Sunday comes, and we get a call just before 1:00 asking when a good time to come out was. We had cleared our afternoon since we had a 1:00 appointment, but whatever. They said they could be out between 2:30-3:00. Cool. We get a call a little after 3:00 saying they can't make it because they're dealing with an old guy who had a big back yard. Annoying, but again, whatever. They asked when a good time to reschedule an appointment would be and I tell them Sundays are best for us, but I need to talk to my wife to figure out if we'll be around the following weekend, and I'll give them a call to confirm. They proceeded to call me like 4-5 times throughout the week, and each time I told them we weren't able to confirm a time because we have kid's events that are popping up. Sunday comes, and we get a call about our appointment that is booked that day. I tell the guy we didn't have an appointment booked, and it's not a good day. The following day (this morning) I get a call from one of the guys asking about making an appointment. I tell him the same thing I said before that I'll talk with my wife and get a time figured out and call them. He responds with "We can go ahead and book a tentative appointment and you can cancel if you need to". I tell them I don't want to do that, I'll call back when I talk to her and see when a good time we can both be there for them to come out. The dude responds with "Well, what time is usually good for you guys. We can book the appointment." I just hang up on the guy. Seriously, not even 5 minutes later a different guy calls from a different number asking about booking an appointment the following weekend.... I get needing to do a little persistent communication trying to lock down clients, but this was way beyond that. It sucks, because we were 100% going to use them and were going to spend a pretty big chunk of money. If a company is this scattered, unorganized, and pushy on the backend, I'm not sure how much I trust giving them a huge amount of money to complete a job for me. Edit: I initially gave a 1 start review, but that was probably a little harsh and I had just gotten off the phone with them and was pretty annoyed. The pictures they have show they do good work, but I hate being pressured into things and the 2 weeks of communication with them felt like nothing but pressure. read more

I was especially happy with Ben Elalouf for making sure that work was moving forward in a timely manner and that all my concerns were being addressed. I would have given the company five stars were it not for the intensely heavy sales pressure others in the company subjected me to. I already signed off on the work (and it seems to have been done well) for more than it really should have cost when I was subjected to a follow up sale pitch which was so high-pressure as to be embarrassing. I don't blame Ben for that but it left a very negative impression. If you consult with this company be prepared to experience very high pressure sales presentations. What a great company I I wish I could give them 10 stars We started our backyard Work With Contractor that was referred by our neighbor. Apparently it was his brother-in-law and he didn't let us know we wanted to have Pool done,the guys broke the shade where the pool supposed to be they left all the trash here and they took more than $10,000 upfront and never came back ! All in one remodeling representative knocked on our door one day ,He was very nice and he offered to have one of his project managers to come and take a look at the project,we scheduled a meeting and a nice gentleman came name Shay he explained how they work and said that he can fix this issue in no time we felt really comfortable with him and we signed a contract. Next day his guys and him were here at 8 am ,started to prepare the area ,took all the trash and we started to create the plans ,they got the plans approved after 3 months and the job started,they didn't stop even for one day ,his guys were here every day,shay came to check and was here with the inspector,we got our pool and we are so happy ,my kids are so happy . I needed a new double-pane sliding glass patio door to replace one that had reached the end of its useful life. A young man I met on the street told me he worked for All-in-One Remodeling and recommended them if I needed any work done in my home. I contacted them and a representative named Oren came out to discuss any projects I might want done. We settled on the door. He arranged for the installation of a new Milgard door. It took a while for All-in-One (a general contractor) to contract with Milgard for the purchase and installation, but now that the door is installed, I couldn't be more pleased. For a very business-like arrangement and highly satisfactory completion of a job, All-in-One has my hearty recommendation. I can't comment on value-for-price, because I went with them without getting any competitive bids. Suffice it to say, though, I'm perfectly happy with the work they did. read more

I've had two horrid experiences with this company. I am shocked they have as high a rating here as they do. On the BBB they are unaccredited with a B- score. Three months ago a salesman came to our door and got my elderly disabled roommate agree to a salesman visit. My roomie wanted a simple cement slab poured. I got home to find a loud man in our house talking to my roomie (I'm his Caregiver). The man was rude. He was pushy. He was obnoxious and spoke down to me as if I was stupid. I found out they had been pushing my charge to sign a contract for a GIANT project with a BIG loan for it! I kicked him out. Today my dogs are barking. I peek out the front door to see my expected Amazon package. Then I notice a man with an orange vest on! He says, and I quote, "Sorry Ma'am but I need you to sign for this package." I am disabled too and walk with a cane. I LOVE our two dogs but they are a handful! I got them out of the way and stepped outside. I hobbled the few steps where he was standing. He GRINS, laughs and says, "J/K Ma'am! I jus wanted to give you this flyer." OMG what an ASS! And then I see he's from Allin1Remodeling! OMG! I started yelling at him. BELLOWING at him! Calling a LIAR. Calling him CRUEL. CAlling him IMMORAL. I even yelled at him that his Mother would be ashamed of him! I truly lost it. I abhor liars and tricksters and schemers and scammers! OK. SO a horrid and unprofessional company whose employees will HAPPILY lie to do whatever they need to do to dupe someone in to one of their overpriced projects. read more

I decided to go with all in 1 remodeling after a few proposals for a re-roof. Oren was sent out to provide an estimate. All in 1 Remodeling came in the middle of all proposals for my project. During our discussion Oren was polite, respectful and non-pressuring. During the process, the contract was pretty straightforward and Oren was able to answer all my questions regarding the project and any concerns I had. Oren made himself available throughout the project as well. About 1-3 days later, the roofers came out and started removing the old shingles. During the process of removal, additional damage was found. Oren made me aware and that he would send out a framer to review the damage. After the evaluation was completed, 80% of the roof had to be replaced which included rafters Due to damage. A new contract was signed for the rafter work. Oren was very understanding and reassured me that everything would be ok. Framers started the process of removing the plywood/rafters. Unfortunately, during this time, a sudden thunderstorm started and water got inside the kitchen and living room. Framers started to cover the house as quickly as possible. Although water got in, no real damage was done as the walls remained dry. The project was slightly delayed due to weather. After that, the roof went up quickly and roofer came back and finished putting the shingles back up. Furthermore, I also got the pleasure to meet D. D came by to check on the project and provide updates And collect various paperwork. Overall, D is very polite, respectful and flexible in working with my busy schedule. Overall, framers and roofers were very polite and respectful And cleaned up after themselves. For now, I've given a "good" vs "excellent" rating as I am waiting for a rainy day to see if any issues arise and how the process goes if issues do arise. Lastly, one great benefit I found with All in One Remodeling was that they provided options to finance the project if needed or interested. whereas everyone else did not. Overall, I found it easy to work with Oren. I look forward to working with him in future projects That being more value to my house. read more
