The quality of moving furniture of the two main guys was great. The 2 worked hard. For the value I feel it was too expensive for 7 hours. We paid almost $1600. I was very unhappy that they banged up my furniture leaving scratches & dings. When I told showed them how terrible was furniture was dinged they just said "Oh it was already there" Although I know it wasn't because the furniture had not been moved since we bought it 4 years ago. We had to buy paint correctors to cover up the damage. and they dropped my fridge door when they removed the doors to relocate it. And now it's looks horrible and the stainless steel looks dinged and beat up now. They also left the fridge alarm going off continuously due to one the damage door that could not close completely. They justified it by saying it happens and it has to be reprogrammed but they didn't even take into consideration that they dropped the door causing damage. It cost me more money to use this moving company. Otherwise, they were polite & hardworking I just wish they would have put more care & caution into their hard work & effort.
