I've known Tim's team for over 12 years and 6 moves from a 4 bedroom house to just a couple of room rentals. I have never experienced anything being broken or damaged. They also installed all my medical equipment in each house. They are efficient and easy to deal with. They are prepared for any situation that you might encounter and they roll with sudden changes with a smile. Quotes are accurate and if you have any specific situation that slows down your move it's communicated to you immediately so you don't get a charge you don't expect. Awesome company! I really liked working with this team. I mostly dealt with Tim and Mark, but they were all super professional and organized. I had to change my date and time several times due to a mixup at the location I was moving to. Not only were they very accommodating to my schedule changes, but they honored the price I was quoted, even with my last minute changes. There were no surprises in fees. Tim was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. They had competitive pricing and several package options. The package I chose included fuel cost, 3 men, the box truck, and 3 hours of time starting, with additional time added on as needed after 3 hours. Tim is really good at asking the questions to help determine which package best fits your needs. They also offer same-day moves if needed (not sure if there's an additional cost for same day). I absolutely loved there was no deposit required up front to book, and no hassle of giving your card information to a complete stranger, because they offer Zelle and Cash as payment options. This was a major factor in my choice to use this company because he made the process easy for me as a customer. I definitely recommend using them for any of your moving needs. The guys were extremely fast and efficient. The added blessing, was that these men put together my bed frames which I did not expect at all, I thought I was going to have to hire a local handyman, and this made my day and I nearly cried! They were very sweet and caring towards my kids and weren't afraid of my dog(most people are afraid of his extremely friendly and loving nature because he's so large). I did not have a very good experience with the moving company(not affiliated) I had used and these local guys that unpacked my moving truck made me forget about how angry I was. I have used this moving company so many times. I will never ever use anyone else. They are affordable fast and kind. They get it done right wrap all your stuff so nothing gets damaged then they even help you put it all back together at the new place if you need help. Most movers just rob you and break all stuff. This company is family owned by good kind decent people that would never ever do that. So I use them everytime I move. Scared to call Any other company. I had a solid experience with these movers. I had a pretty small move for a 2 bedroom apt to a house, so I had 2 movers for 3 hours. 3 hours is the minimum. I believe I paid close to $255 plus tip. For as much stuff as Tim and his crew jammed into that 26 foot Penske truck, I am please that there was only one item damaged. The item was a glass desk top, wrapped by them and not labeled - so they probably forgot to treat it properly. To say Tim defied the laws of physics is a stretch, but he didn't waste much space at all in that truck. Despite working in the rain, they were efficient and respectful of our property - both the household goods, and the house we were selling. read more

I recently used U-Rent-it-we-move-you, and this is the third or fourth move I've used them. They are respectful, responsible, and efficient. I would use them again. I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars mainly because of time. The most recent time they called and ended up coming about 2.5 hours early, and in general it would be great if we could get a narrower time frame for arrival (a 2 hour window seems long, thought I don't know if this is the industry standard). read more

Honestly, if I could give 10/10 stars, I would! My family and I moved out here from California and needed a lot of help to unload and unpack the moving truck. Since we don't really know anybody out here, I went about researching all the different moving companies. I had called and spoken to numerous people, most of whom were rude, before I finally came across this one. Tim was the one who I spoke with and right off the bat, he was friendly, professional, and addressed every question and concern I had. I was already pleased from the initial conversation on the phone, but my family and I were even more pleasantly surprised upon meeting them; Tim and his crew are truly the most hard working, dedicated , efficient, and down to earth people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. They worked fast and even helped fix the leg to our dining room table that got damaged in the truck and also set up all of our bed frames/beds! They helped us feel at ease and really made us feel that all of our belongings were taken care of---they are truly such nice, kind hearted people and we are so happy that we went through them versus any of the other companies. First: I've only written two reviews in my life. The first was for a burger that changed my life. This is the second. I had a 3-legged move including a house full of stuff that was to be moved and stuff that wasn't. Tim, Tito, and Larry handled my frazzled crazy with communication, punctuality, professionalism, kindness, humor, hard work, and a price that cannot be beat. I cannot find the words to express how their service calmed me and released even just a little of the pressure of this emotional move. They were, simply put, perfection. U-rent-it-we-move-u was awesome. I used them back in July when I moved from Katy to Memorial. (Dead Heat of Summer!) I chose them because of positive yelp reviews, plus they were competitive rate wise and offered a 3 man crew. They did a wonderful job moving my stuff, even though it started pouring right as they finished. They were about an hour late outside the arrival window, but they checked in regularly to let me know they would be late and let me know when they were on their way. It was summer and I was the 2nd stop of the day I believe so stuff happens.. All the guys were super nice and friendly. Very professional. I would absolutely use them again. read more

First things first, would I use this company again? Definitely. Tim is super-professional, he knows what he's doing and the price is great. Were they perfect? No, they were not. I made the appointment last minute, so the fact they were able to accommodate it was a big relief. Not long after I booked them online for between 3 and 4, Tim called me to verify it and opened it up to between 2 and 4. So far so good. Day of, I'm waiting for them to show up and Tim calls me around 4 and says they're going to be 2 hours late. Ok. 6 rolls around and I haven't heard from him and can't reach him. Finally get him around 6:30 and he says they are still at the previous appointment but will definitely get to me that day, should be there in about 2 hours, also says he'll be using double the crew to make sure it gets done but same price. It starts raining around 8:30 and they haven't shown and they haven't called me. I'm trying to find out if they are still coming out with this weather. Finally reach him by text at 9 and he says they are 20 minutes away. It's after 10 before they show up. 6+ hours late. However, once they get there, they were courteous, professional and FAST. They covered everything in blankets and then secured it with tape so that it stayed in place. It was a total of 5 guys, including Tim (not 6 like he's said) and they got the house loaded up in 2-3 hours. Short drive over to the new place and unloading begins. This took less time, but this is where the other complaint comes in. It's after 1 am at this point and some of the guys are talking pretty loudly about random stuff (movies they've seen, food they've tried, etc). I'm just moving into this place, I don't want my neighbors to start hating me on my first night there. Other than that, they were able to offload the truck pretty quickly by forming a human chain. It was pretty tough to fit everything in because there was a lot less space, but they got everything in and Tim even hooked up the washer and dryer in the laundry room. Like I said at the beginning, I would/will definitely use them again on my next move, the price is right, the service is good, but I'll ask to be the first appointment of the day. read more

Tim's crews were one of the few things that went right with selling the old home and buying the new home. Due to multiple screw ups with the underwriters, the closing on the new home was delayed twice, and therefore we had to put everything into a POD and storage for a short time. U-Rent-It-We-Move-U worked with us on short notice and stayed till the job(s) were done. Crews were fast, courteous, and still managed to protect our stuff. Wow! These guys are legit, first class and hard working. I've moved all over North America, probably 8 times in the last 10 years and these guys are among the best. They showed up on time and got right to work, putting down blankets to protect the floors, taping up necessary components, protecting furniture while travelling, and etc.. I cannot express how happy I am that my husband and I decided to hire these guys. First, they were absolutely professional. We had to reschedule our move and they easily accommodated us. When they came on our moving day, they moved us quick and were so polite. Most importantly, they were the first people in our new home and even though they were on hour 4 of our move, they were laughing and having a good time while working, which made our house feel like a home. Cheesy, yes, but true. They really should be charging more. I got other estimates that were close to $1000. I paid less than $400 for 4 hours, a truck, and 3 movers.
